Should have read the other reviews. Absolutely disgraceful tiny posy of half dead flowers arrived and feel completely ripped off. Absolutely shocking.

The only thing I was impressed with is the fast delivery and was precisely on time. However that's where it ends as the flowers I received for my wife where nothing special and appears bruised and old. Normally flowers I buy from my local shops last for a week and a bit. But the flowers I received from Serenata lasted 3 days. And binned the 4th day. I will never buy from serenata flowers again.

The flowers were left outside the front gate in direct sunlight (34 degrees that day). The house was occupied but no one heard the bell. No card was put through the door. it was five hours later that they were found - unacceptable.

We ordered the Freya bouquet with a vase for my mother in laws 90th birthday, it was nothing like the photo of the bouquet, far less flowers , the water had leaked and wet the card , very disappointing , enclosed are photos of the website pic and what we actually received

Very disappointing. More greenery than flowers (all bloomed already by the way). I ordered a cheerful and colorful bouquet, but the delivered one was dull and sad, with absolutely all the flowers substituted. Which means a totally different bouquet than what I paid for! I shouldn’t have taken the modern vase, it’s just ugly. The images will help comparing the ordered bouquet and the delivered one.

Very disappointing. Though flowers arrived on time I thought they were overpriced! More greenery than flowers and some blooms already falling off! We followed instructions on how to maintain freshness but they started dying 4 days later and now, not even 1 week later only the lilies looking fresh!! Won't use them again, I'm afraid! Not at those prices anyway!!

Ordered a bouquet for my daughters anniversary and similar to other customers the flowers arrived in a damaged, soaking wet box! As a result the wet card was put in the bin and many of the flower heads were broken of the stems and there for could not be placed in a vase. After sending pictures to the company they agreed to deliver the same arrangement again as soon as possible, once again very disappointed with the display which was nothing like the web picture had advertised. The roses were already fully opened and as a result I wouldn't now expect them to last very long before beginning to wither. Definitely not worth the amount that was charged.

Recently lost my husband and have been blessed by the gift of so many flowers ..from 4 different companies. Whilst 2 midweek arrivals from Serenata were fresh, a third arrrival at weekend, specialy sent to my daughter were in very poor condition. She complained and a replacement was sent, in better condition. It is true to say, in all cases, the flowers from the other 3 companies were perfect and stood out. Then I received another delivery yesterday, which was ordered last Thurs to be delivered last Saturday, and four stems of these were in poor condition. My friend, who ordered them for me, has already been in touch with you but I want to add my disappointment on behalf of all my senders that they ordered in good faith, to communicate love to our family in sad circumstances and were let down. Something needs to be addressed here and we have lost confidence in your consistency of quality.

Not really up to much. Roses never did anything other than wilt, the rest weren’t much better and in all only worth displaying for 5 days. Priced at £40 , that was a reduced price, would go elsewhere for better value.

I order flowers for my sisters 25th wedding anniversary. I received an email the following day saying that the flowers were at the local depot ready for delivery, that day between 8am and 8pm. After contacting them daily and given different answers each time. 5 days later they still had not arrived so i phoned and told them to keep the flowers as they were probably dead by now and the occasion had been and gone. Finally, and only because i said it was a complaint did someone offer to send out the flowers again, but I declined and asked for a full refund. I went onto Bunches website, ordered new flowers and they were delivered the following day.

My flowers looked okay on arrival but the roses died within three days and the rest of the flowers within five. Customer service asked for dated photographs of the flowers and as I had not thought to take photographs of the dead flowers would not do anymore about it. I felt they were overpriced and of poor quality and other flowers I had delivered at the same time lasted much longer. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Flowers didn't last long, lilies didn't open and they were dehydrated and squashed on delivery. Have had reduced flowers from a supermarket last much longer and look fresher. A lovely surprise to have some lockdown birthday flowers, but wouldn't use this company myself or recommend to others.

Apart from not looking quite as nice as they did in the picture they did not last too well. Delivered on the Tue and come Sat they were fading. As they were for someone else it was very disappointing.

I ordered flowers for my mothers 87th birthday which arrived very late in the day. The vase and flowers were very mediocre for the money spent, the arrangement was jammed into the vase and looked like a child had put it together. Don't waste your money on this florist.

I ordered “Vibrant Sorbet” for nearly £30 what turned up you could of got at Sainsbury’s for £7.50. Don’t waste your money, the reviews on the website don’t seem to be able to be added to!

Flowers were lovely . As in lockdown I decided to add happy birthday cake to order for £6.99. Cake measured 2.25 inches square!! Asked for refund was told measurements are given. Not that visible. Didn't see when went back in to look. Photo also deceiving. Very disappointed as family used site a lot recently but will now look elsewhere.

I was sent a bouquet by my boyfriend as we celebrated our anniversary, when I showed him the flowers he was obviously disappointed and said they looked ‘Nothing like the picture’. I remarked they were only budding, and in a few days they would look amazing. Well in the space of 2 days many were dying and drooping! So upsetting to have to throw away what should have been a beautiful bouquet for a beautiful occasion!!

I've ordered flowers twice from Serenata. The first time was fine. But the second time, I never received them. Apparently the driver dropped them off 'somewhere close' in the area. But not with me! They are now 'reviewing' the situation to see what happened and what to do. What a waste of time. Either send the flowers or refund the money. I doubt I'll do business with them again.

I got a bunch for my mothers 50th and they were nothing like the bouquet I ordered in size as I get when you order a smaller bunch but this was a 1 size and it was pathetic and nothing like what was shown I voiced my disappointment to be told in simple terms well prove it. When provided a photo it's not a good enough photo! So I will not be getting them from here anymore as I'm co completely disappointed with how product and the service!. Would most definitely not recommend unless you want to pay over for what you get. My kids could of picked a better bunch of flowers.

The country fields bouquet was ordered and delivered to my friend within 24 hours, so despite the speediness, feel let down as the bouquet size was very tiny. Compared to the photo on the website, nothing like the size delivered. Feel cheated. For £29.99 it wasn’t value for money at all. Won’t use again.
