My view of the (Aztec) flowers is mixed the lilies are lovely, the roses however arrived in the process of dropping. The bouquet did not reflect the upgrade I selected. My friend sent me a photo I was very disappointed and so was she.

Extremely poor bunch of flowers for the price, had to go and buy more to save the embarrassment. But, contacted customer services and they resolved the matter instantly. So to summarise, poor flowers (this time) but excellent service.

Ordered the lrg costing £35 only to receive the med and completely the wrong colours not only is it a nightmare to get through to them but spoilt a special day as was taking to the cemetery was offered a refund for half the price but not exactly half price as they have said they will half price the £35 I paid when the nxt size down is cheaper in all fairness a full refund and a replacement would have been better as really spoilt a special day

Very few flowers, even though I had upgraded. Not enough to fill a small vase and the stems were so short we have had to put them in a drinking glass! Not value for money in my opinion. Although the blooms were very pretty and delivery was on time.

The flowers were, according to the recipients, great. The problem was that I was not able to include a message. I was given a choice of cards, but didn't find any of them appropriate so I clicked on "no card". Suddenly my order was placed, but without a message. Within ten seconds I clicked on edit, but received the message it was too late. It was explained to me later (in an email response to my complaint), that "no card" signifies "no message". Considering only seconds had elapsed between the time the order was placed and I realised the error, it should have been possible to include a message. Will not use this company again, despite the pretty arrangements.

This time, disappointed as I had ordered the flower for us !! Didn't arrive on Saturday, yesterday, as ordered and confirmed in time for Father's Day.

Disappointed my last order went through without s thank you card and had not been delivered yet I had used the service previously with no issues.

Have always used serenta when ordering flowers on line and the recipients have as a rule been happy with them this time I sent 2 bouquets one of which I was very disappointed to see so much greenery and lack of flowers and they really are not worth £40

Firstly guys, do NOT click "grandissmo" at checkout (they really are not grandissmo)! Customer services at Serenata don't care about customer satisfaction. The most crappiest flowers ever, the flowers looked as though they were bought from a supermarket, packed in box and collected by DPD to deliver (hand on my heart, this is exactly how the flowers looked - DEAD) I made contact with customer services explaining how disappointed I was with the flowers, I even offered to post them back (as pictures can be deceiving) they responded sarcastically with "I am so sorry for the one flower...a refund of £3.50 will be credited to the account". I was shocked with that response, I didn't bother pursing this further as I knew they just don't give a monkey's about how the flowers looked as long as they got their money! Please don't waste your money here, purchase your flowers elsewhere.

Flowers were well liked. As I changed my mind before I placed my order the groupon code I had bought did not work and despite emailing I did not get help with this - the company saying I had redeemed my code, despite it still being active on Groupon. I was very disappointed. The card attached apparently said 'congratulations' but the ink had run out and it was spelt wrongly.

Bit disappointed as the flowers were for my mothers 85th birthday and were looking a little wilted and dying not as great condition as the last bunch i sent her

The roses in the bunch were not good with over nine of the twenty dieing in the first few days, as I was in an hotel the dead roses were taken to the bin by the cleaners, so I was not able to photograph them. On complaining I was told that the roses were only guaranteed for 3 days. If I had known that then there was no way that I would have spent fifty pounds on what has now upset my wife on our golden wedding anniversary. Also on complaining in one reply the word ass was in the email probably meant to be add ?? Also another email said that they understand and agree but cannot anything

The flowers were very poor quality. I had to pull off the outer leaves of the roses as they were brown. Totally overpriced.

I was unable to correct the address on order number 218367574 as I only realised the mistake on reading your confirmation email. Although I emailed the mistake( which was to the gated apartments next door) it was impossible to change. I have been unable to track the delivery but they have not been received by my friend on her birthday. This is very disappointing as I have used your service before and have always been satisfied. I presume that I have paid for a service which I have not received.

Although the order was promptly delivered, the flower arrangement was disappointing. (My friends sent me a picture) I purchased the "Beautiful smile - grandisssimo" arrangement and it was not "grandissimo". There were only 5 roses (which is the same as the standard), no fresia, very little greenery, all diasies (no gerber daisies), and no alstromeria. The arrangement looked like it was placed together by someone who had no flower experience. This was my first experience with Serenata Flowers and will probably be my last.

Very disappointed with the flowers, they were wilting and looked past their best. Definately not good value for money. Will not be using Serenata Flowers again.

I was advised by the recipient that the box containing the flowers arrived damaged and, as a result, they had to make some 'repairs" to the wreath to be acceptable -- particularly unfortunate as these were for a funeral

You couldn't change delivery address.. As my wife couldn't go to work she stayed at home which is a couple minutes away. A special occasion dampened. Won't be using your services again. Flowers were fine.
