Flowers booked for courier delivery Friday 23RD March, was told on e mail that they would arrive Sat 24th March.Actually arrived on Monday 26th March @1300hrs

My daughter received a dozen pink roses from a friend yesterday, whilst roses are sent with their guard petals on, removing them left almost no flower as they arrived in full bloom, will give them 3 days and they will have to be thrown away. Very disappointing

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's work address even paid the extra for before noon delivery , less than 30 mins before the deadline I received an e mail saying there was an issue and the delivery would now be the following day ( a Saturday ) which was her day off . To be fair I contacted the customer service and changed the delivery address, however its now 11.36 am and the flowers have still not been delivered . Guess there is still 24 mins for them to arrive . Have never had issues before , but this is really not an acceptable service in my view

The customer service/after sales care is shocking. The vase that was ordered with my flowers was broken and they refused to replace it. These were SYMPATHY flowers ordered by my work after a family bereavement so the fact they said they'd just refund the company the money for the vase is shocking and extremely unhelpful! Would never use this company based on their service.

The flowers were nice but I also ordered a card which never came... why advertise that you offer cards when you don't actually send them out....

When I ordered online after entering my payment details the page didn’t appear to change & my order still looked as if it was pending. I tried to hit the back button & after entering details again the page looked the same however I noticed in small grey print at the top it had a confirmation order number. I then received 2 confirmation emails within a minute of each other but with 2 different confirmation numbers. I realised I had accidentally duplicated the order. I immediately looked for a way to cancel this but the website doesn’t allow you to do this. I hit the contact us button. It was an automated email message no telephone number to call. I explained in what had happened & asked for the duplicate order to be cancelled. As I placed my order late in the evening I received no message until the following morning which advised me both orders had already been dispatched & there was no way to cancel. I asked if there was any way I could receive a refund or part refund but was refused, quoting that their confirmation emails were sent 5 minutes apart. I was very disappointed & unhappy with this. Whilst I understand if the orders had both been dispatched there is no way to cancel. Firstly I did only receive both emails within 1 minute of each other as it’s time stamped on my emails. Secondly there is no way to cancel other than sending an email request which might not get picked up straight away which happened in this case. If there was at least a contact number to speak with someone I might have avoided being billed twice. Finally I’d advise the confirmation order be in bolder and larger print on the website as I barely saw this the second time round. Sadly I won’t be using this service again or recommend it to anyone.

When my mother in law sent me a picture I wasn’t kind of embarrassed of how much I’d paid and for what she had received. Sorry I don’t normally complain but I wasn’t happy. Donna x

Ordered flowers for mother's day they arrived on time but delivered on Sunday dead and binned by Wednesday contacted their customer service to be told nothing we can do as only guarantee them for 3 days will be going else where from now on

I ordered a flowering plant to be delivered to my mother, I wanted it was to be delivered on monday, and was told it would be delivered on monday, however nothing arrived. I had told my elderly disabled mother that her present would be with her on monday and she was extremely upset when it was not. After waiting until 8pm for the possibility of delivery, I contacted Serenata, asking where had my present was, to which within half an hour I had an email apologising and refunding me £4.20, for an order that came to £27.98, with no further information until the morning to tell me they would be delivered that day between 10.30 and 11.30. They did arrive, and as said by my mother, they are beautiful but if it were not for my having to contact Serenata, they may never have been delivered, the lack of information for the detail of why my present wasn't delivered is shocking. Am truly upset and will not using them again and will not recommend.

The flowers that were finally delivered were beautiful. I received an email stating the flowers had been delivered to "Address where they were due to go" but received a message from the recipient to say they had been delivered to the doorstep of a neighbour further up the road who were really kind and brought them to her. Very lucky my Mum has good neighbours. I have emailed to say of the service failure but have had no response on this.

Thank you for delivering some flowers but I was a bit gutted to pay £24.99 for about six flowers which OK the lilies hadn't opened but the rest were a little tatty and not a lot to justify paying that sort of money for. I am not one to complain but I was expecting something a little bulkier than that and it being for Mother's Day. Having paid that price. I did also add in a bar of chocolate and balloon bringing it upto £29.99. With the size of the bunch of flowers I don't think I will be recommending you.

Courier driver banged on door then ran away leaving them on the front step instead of securely placed area mentioned when ordering. Then when opened some of the flowers were brown around the edges which tainted the look. Looked as though they were on their way out. I binned them and bought some flowers to replace

Thought I would try this company out this Mothers days as my usually company were unable to deliver for when I needed. Flowers arrived well packed on the day requested although do not resemble the product I ordered. Also the man who delivered the product to my mum knocked the door and walked away leaving them for anyone to take!! Luckily my mum was in to receive them otherwise anyone could have gone off with them. When she opened the door the delivery man then ran back to hand them over without an apology. Totally rude considering this was a mothers day gift which i spent over £25 on! Although she liked the flowers and they look/smell rather nice, I will not be using this company again and will continue to use my usually flower delivery company for now one.

The timing of when the flowers were delivered was good, however, having paid £40 for the flowers, the roses did not look or smell fresh. There were quite a lot of roses where the petals had turned brown. If I had seen these flowers face-to-face in a shop, I wouldn't have paid a penny over £10 for them.

The flowers were damaged. The roses were of poor quality and the petals were already starting to brown. The flowers are unlikely to last more than a couple of days. The courier (outside of your direct control) through the box over a fence to deliver causing further damage
