Firstly I have to admit the adverse weather was a factor on my review. I would not expect anyone to deliver in those conditions however you knew there would be delay and on that note I asked my sister in law to send me photo of said flowers they were nice but some of the petals were falling off not good enough and I couldnt phone anyone to complain the flowers were not up to standard therefore you should be sending my sister in law another bunch of flowers but you won’t I do not think I will be using you again

I was really disappointed with our flowers when I attended the funeral yesterday. The website clearly shows the presentation looking very pretty and 'styled' However, in real life the flowers were in a cellophane wrapper (bouquet style) which wasn't particularly see through and crushed the display. Very disappointing.

The bunch arrived at 8pm on my wifes birthday (too late) could have bought them myself on my way home from work. The bunch was also tiny!

The experience of ordering them was not straightforward. I couldn't change the cardI had chosen. They were delivered the following afternoon despite paying extra for that afternoon and despite saying that if you ordered before 11.30 the flowers would be delivered the same afternoon. The only good point was that my friend said the flowers were beautiful but I would not order from them again.

The flowers I ordered were due to be delivered two days ago but i received a message to say the delivery had failed and then that was it. i've gone into the account today to see that it still says failed and i'm awaiting a response from your customer service as to what is happening with them. Appalling that i have had to investigate if they have been delivered.

Delivery ordered on 13th Feb for birthday delivery on 16th. It finally arrived on the 20th feb and I am very disappointed with that service. apparently the flowers are beautiful but what is the point in specifying a date if you if it cannot be met

I've been working away from home for 6 weeks so I thought I should spend a lot on some nice roses for valentines day. My girl didn't want to tell me that they were dying but I saw them on a video call and she told me they had began to die after just 2 days. Not good for a £70 + spend.

£27 for a dozen red roses. They arrived on time, however, they were quite disappointing though, so I won't be using Serenta again.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at her work on February 14th. Delighted and reassured by the website’s ‘track my order’ as I could check that they were delivered before she left at the end of the day. BUT she came home empty-handed. The next day the flowers were found - outside by a locked delivery loading bay. Presumably they were left there by the delivery company. Outside in the rain, in sub-zero temperatures, overnight. Why leave them there? Why not tell anyone? Why not just ask at reception - it’s open 24/7. The heads of the flowers were ‘browning at the edges’ by the time they were found the next day. At best it was laziness by the courier, if not incompetence. One disappointed wife and one husband feeling conned and let down.

The service was fair but the flowers were slightly underwhelming despite the cost. To put it in perspective the size of the bouquet was the same size you'd pick up from a premium range in the super market but for £10.00. They were nothing particularly special considering the price point: £24.99 plus delivery. I wouldn't use this service again if I am honest.

How can you give delivery slot 9am-9pm with todays technology?? Very late delivery. Flowers weren't fresh. The only next day the orchids were falling down. Picture showed 7 branches in a pack, only received 5.

I ordered the flowers 2 or 3 days before Valentine's day they were delivered very late in the day and only 2 days after getting them all the flowers started go brown round the edges wilt and are dieing off.. followed the instructions on the card but all to no avail the flowers looked very shabby by the second day.

My partner was upset due to the experience she had from the product because of couple of reason. 1 when the product arrived the delivery driver didnt even put effort to knock on the door to check if someone was in. 2 whrn my partner open the product the vase was already broken. 3 my partner has to put the product individually to be as a whole. 4 when she report the issue all they response back was a refund of the vase price and blame the parcel company. Dont get me wrong the product are lovely but its that extra mile you guys can do to make someones day special, specially on valentines day. John

The flowers were just left outside of the house by the side gate on the floor as though someone had died and left there by someone in mourning. Not a great look for a £50 spend on Valentine’s Day flowers. The flowers were great but the delivery service needs work.

I thought the Flowers were very nice that I ordered, but I ordered them for delivery for my partner to her work and they came in a brown cardboard box. I was disappointed at this as I thought they would've been delivered as I would expect from a florist. I wouldn't order again.

A snapped stem led to 11 red roses on valentines....ooops. Very quick to offer a resolution but a 15% discount didn’t really make up for it. Shame.

Hi The delivery was ok but the flowers delivered was not what i ordered or not what was shown on the internet. Very dissapointed with the quality of the flowers .

I ordered a dozen red roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. Knowing I had already found the perfect card to give her, I opted out of including a card with the delivery. However, the flowers we sent with the very cheap looking, free card option and no message. Such simple way to take the shine off a lovely gesture. Thanks guys.
