Really disappointed with the service. I was getting married urgently at home yesterday (Tuesday) and my family ordered two bouquets to be delivered on Monday. They didn't arrive. The firm was contacted and my family told nothing more than there were some delivery issues. The firm was asked to get the flowers to me by 10 am Tuesday morning, ready for a noon wedding. They finally arrived at 5pm, after the wedding. The delivery driver told me that he had been given no instructions to get them to me earlier. I know my family are complaining to the company but these flowers were hanging round in transit for a day longer than necessary and one bouquet, at least, suffered slightly. That, though, is nothing compared to the disappointment for us that the flowers didn't arrive in time. I certainly will not consider using Serenata.

Although the flowers I ordered were beautiful and as requested, the vase I ordered was completely the wrong colour. The customer services have been appauling and will not refund the vase cost of £4.99 (hardly going to break the bank) and have been very rude wile telling me so. I certainly wouldn't risk using them again. They get 2 starts for the quality of the flowers and the delivery process.

Mother’s Day bouquet arrived on the Sunday. LOTs of greenery, roses gerbera and gypsophilia. Some of the roses already had discoloured petals at the top (these weren’t the guard petals). Prepared the stems as instructed and arranged, far too much greenery though, some of which was binned. Today is Friday, most of the gerbera are wilting and dying, the roses are limp and even more discoloured. Sent a complaint in to Serenata, and received an email back saying the bouquet was made to the quality advertised. Flowers from the big supermarkets are usually better quality and last a lot longer at a fraction of the price Serenata charge.

Received a bouquet (one lily stem, three carnations, one stem of wax flower, some alstroemeria and three roses) for mother's day. There was an accompanying box of Belgian chocolates which were pretty and tasty but not sweet enough to take away the bitter taste of disappointment at the quality of the roses. They arrived before lunch (no complaints there) but, on opening the box, the roses were clearly dying. One in particular had discoloured, soggy petals. I emailed my complaint and was told my son would receive a £3 refund which, in my opinion, was a pretty poor albeit timely response. Three days later I had to bin the dead blooms leaving an even more sparse arrangement in the vase. Substandard service and questionable quality.

They delivered my mothers birthday present and the presentation was awful and came in a box. It was also missing chocolates. Then I complained the generic response I got was the flowers are guaranteed for 5 days?! Did not deal with my complaint at all. awful customer service and will never use again.

My poor husband. Ordered me Valentines Day flowers and he was home when they arrived. In amongst the tonne of foliage were a few sorry looking flowers, a carnation that was falling apart on just a leafless stalk and a drooping lily. This is the second poor delivery and he had said he will go back to Interflora. Has photographed them and sent to Company to demonstrate. Not worth the £30. Asda had fab bouquets for £15! Must be consistent and as per pictures online which in this case were most definatrly not.

Small bunch of unattractive flowers delivered mostly buds that bear no resemblance to the image of the bouquet on the website. Customer service after three attempts only saying wait three days ( = Boxing Day for Christmas flowers ) not using this company again. No telephone contact numbers available on website.

Delivery was mishandled, flowers left in my garden without a notification card from handler - I discovered them two days later, glass vase was smashed, the obviously rough transit and delay in getting these flowers mean that they are past their best and the small bunch look lost in the vase I had to use for them . The complaint procedure is convoluted for recipients to use - I have upped from my original 1 star plan to two stars as at least the sender (who I'm mortified will hear that their gift was not received in perfect condition) will be refunded for the cost of the vase. I would not use, or recommend this service to anyone

Received what should have been a beautiful bag of flowers, however on opening , 2 of the roses had lost their petals and the rest of them and the gerberas were all sad looking and wilting! I followed the care instructions carefully but they have not lasted a week! There was also a tall bare stick in the middle of the flowers, was there something missing? I did not understand why it would be there! These were sent by a friend for my birthday and obviously I can’t tell her how disappointing the flowers were.☹️

Completely overpriced! Granted you are paying for delivery and a box but you could pick up the same bunch for less than half the price at the supermarket. Not impressed at all and the price we bought them at was £10 off the normal retail value!! Not impressed at all.

One order, despite two days notice of requirement, was delivered the day after that requested and confirmed, thus missing the recipients' anniversary.

When flowers arrived by courier, the container box was slightly crushed. On opening, the heads on some of them had been sheared off. Ruined the experience.

I am a long standing customer and Serenata had delivered flowers to my elderly aunt over several years. But when it came to her funeral, the flowers never turned up! This was in spite of timely ordering for the day before the funeral on a timed afternoon delivery. Very upsetting and disappointing. I came home to a flurry of emails, one saying they had been delivered and another they had not, and one offering me a credit note. I wrote and requested a refund which I got and suggested they sack their new couriers - DPD - an unreliable firm. I await developments.

Delivery was delayed by a day (the flowers were meant for a saturday, but delivered on sunday. Luckily my friend was at the property to receive them). When I saw a photo of the flowers delivered to my friend, they didn't look like they were worth £23 I paid for them. I almost felt like apologising to my friend for the poor delivery and how insubstantial the flowers looked. Won't use serenta flowers again.

Unfortunately, all the roses were brown around the edges of the petals which was very disappointing and the flowers looked “tired” within 24hrs.

The flowers was nice but very expensive for what I received. The vase was so small, maybe you should put the size of the vases, then I would of known it was a very small vase , to small for flowers.

I sent flowers to my Aunt for her funeral and quite expected to see the flowers with the message.. Sadly the message was not with the flowers. Words are important to those who are left to grieve. Ms E Rogers

I was very shocked to receive a photo of my upgraded order on arrival at my friend home. All the roses were floppy and despite following the instructions to the letter they failed to perk up and were dried up within two days. The lilies however were fine. Overall the quantity of flowers did not offer value for money. I will not be using your service again.

I was shocked initially by the delivery man who explained he had tried to deliver the flowers but no one in the whole block of flats was available to take them in. When I questioned him after and then contacted you I was told that they would be taken back to the depot. Flowers that are left will die but this does not seem to have occurred to you all, and I was felt to be responsible for the fact that my friend was not in. I will not be using you again. However you get 2 stars rather than 1 as he did deliver later in the day.
