The flowers were beautiful, however its so sad that they were delivered 2 days after they said that they would be and were chucked into a bush next door to the property so the flowers were crushed anyway. I’ve tried to complain but no response, I think theres much better companies that other people should use

No contact It is a difficult time for everyone, Covid-19 situation, but I spent £50 on flowers and, when I learnt that the recipient would not be in to receive them, I tried getting in touch with Serenata Flowers to change the delivery date or make other arrangements. I got no response to my attempts to contact them, except for automatically generated emails sent after filling in the website form, while I could not find a valid contact telephone number. I made the order on the Friday morning for the following day, Saturday, and then tried to advise them on the noon of Friday. Despite the stringent times, I should think that someone could have got back in touch with me to say what was going to happen once they would find no one to deliver to the day after. Basically, they took the money and there was no way of communicating with them after that

Sent Mum flowers that were delivered on Sunday and she’s told me their already dying (after 2 days). The bunch was also very small for the price paid, for £30 i could have got multiple bigger bunches elsewhere. Very disappointed.. Only thing good was the delivery.

Don't know how much my daughter paid for my flowers but 5 Brown tinged roses arrived a day after mother's day which wasn't a problem but within a day they had complete dropped. Didn't even get a day out of them. Not impressed

Give this company a wide berth, flowers not delivered on the day albeit stated out for delivery. Day 2 was told this would get utmost attention; still no flowers or feedback. Please don’t waste your money

Got lovely bouquet of lillies and roses from my son on Mother's Day, but unfortunately the six roses were dead after one day and I followed all instructions. Very disappointed for my son who probably paid a lot of money getting delivered. I personally wouldn't use you and I will advise my son

I know that we are in Scarey times but my daughter ordered a surprise Mother’s Day bouquet which she saved for. I didn’t not have the heart to tell her that the beautiful yellow roses that came were already open and petals falling off. I do not expect a refund it’s just for your info that these were not up to your usual standarts

Flowers for my 80 birthday 29,02 40 card with no sender greeting would tell me who sender was data protection Eventually they contacted and she rang to say she had sent a card with a personal greeting She wasnt pleased and neither was I I received no apology after having to trace the sender

Ordered for best mates birthday. Having seen them in person I was shocked! Terrible wouldn’t ever be using them again! Flowers looked very cheap nothing like in the picture! Would have been better off getting £5 flowers from supermarket!

The flowers were delivered by yodel, unfortunately the box was upside down so by the time my flowers arrived the cane which was in the arrangement to protect the flowers was sticking through the box and rose heads and lilies had broken off. I was very disappointed and sent a complaint to Serenata Flowers suggesting they put this way up on their boxes . I have heard nothing . I would like to say that the undamaged flowers lasted longer than any others I received or as long as.

Disappointed to say the least, I purchased an arrangement of the Winter Fair flowers for my mums birthday, whilst they were delivered on time the "arrangement" (and I use that term loosely) she received was absolutely nothing like the picture which claimed when you order that you will receive "the same beautiful bouquet as displayed". The picture shows a beautifully arranged bouquet with all the flowers spread out nicely and evenly, what we received was each type of flower bunched together and not arranged at all. What should have been a lovely surprise for my mum looked like a bunch of flowers from a garage forecourt which for the price I paid I certainly did not expect her to receive. Upon emaling my complaint I was told that the bouquet contained the correct amount of stems (which it does, that isn't my issue) and should I require further assistance to feel free to contact them in the future ! I questioned again why the "bouquet" wasn't arranged as in the picture and was told "We are sorry for any upset caused on this occasion. If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us again." Seranata haven't assisted me on this occasion and I certainly won't be using them again as they appear to have absolutely no customer service.

I am very disappointed with the bouquet of flowers I had delivered to a dear friend. The bouquet was lacking flowers and wasn’t full of blooms like the image I had chosen. I felt very embarrassed when I saw the flowers that had been delivered. I will not use this company again

this was one of the worst customer service departments that I have ever encountered, evasive and did not answer questions and instead continuously sent links. There is no option on the website allowing you to leave delivery with a neighbour in the event that no one is home. Will not use them again

My sister brought a bouquet from Tesco .. the same day as mine arrived from serenator flowers... mine died within days of arrival.. Tesco’s own lasted weeks.. so not a happy bunny!,

Ordered flowers; the wesbite, delivery service and communication was good - Unfortunatly the quality of the flowers delivered vs the picture advertsied was sub standard. Contacted customer service who made no attempt to resolve my complaint and defended the poor display.

After shopping with Serenta for years with no problems, I needed to complain about my latest order.I dealt with the most rude sarcastic customer service person named Sarah,All I can say is don’t ever complain because she just didn’t understand the disappointment,The ad for the flowers said 20 blooms she actually sent me a e-mail listing 18 blooms and still continued to deny it.

So I've used this company twice. The first time I used them to send flowers to England was in May for my grandmother's funeral, I ordered them to arrive the day before the funeral at the funeral home but devastingly they arrived the day After the funeral! They were meant to be placed on top of the coffin in the church as I was her eldest grandson we were very close. Customer service but very good all they offered was to refund my money. No offer of a goodwill gesture nothing.

Really disappointed with the service. I was getting married urgently at home yesterday (Tuesday) and my family ordered two bouquets to be delivered on Monday. They didn't arrive. The firm was contacted and my family told nothing more than there were some delivery issues. The firm was asked to get the flowers to me by 10 am Tuesday morning, ready for a noon wedding. They finally arrived at 5pm, after the wedding. The delivery driver told me that he had been given no instructions to get them to me earlier. I know my family are complaining to the company but these flowers were hanging round in transit for a day longer than necessary and one bouquet, at least, suffered slightly. That, though, is nothing compared to the disappointment for us that the flowers didn't arrive in time. I certainly will not consider using Serenata.

Although the flowers I ordered were beautiful and as requested, the vase I ordered was completely the wrong colour. The customer services have been appauling and will not refund the vase cost of £4.99 (hardly going to break the bank) and have been very rude wile telling me so. I certainly wouldn't risk using them again. They get 2 starts for the quality of the flowers and the delivery process.

Mother’s Day bouquet arrived on the Sunday. LOTs of greenery, roses gerbera and gypsophilia. Some of the roses already had discoloured petals at the top (these weren’t the guard petals). Prepared the stems as instructed and arranged, far too much greenery though, some of which was binned. Today is Friday, most of the gerbera are wilting and dying, the roses are limp and even more discoloured. Sent a complaint in to Serenata, and received an email back saying the bouquet was made to the quality advertised. Flowers from the big supermarkets are usually better quality and last a lot longer at a fraction of the price Serenata charge.
