“Beware of amateur products not like the photos on website I ordered a red robin deluxe arrangement. The type and quality of the items in the arrangement and the skill of the florist is way below the standard of the florist who made the arrangement for display on website. The apples are wrong and the red foliage is inadequate as are the quantity of berries. The shape of the arrangement is also wrong. This product is NOT acceptable and despite several attempts to get the problem sorted the Seranata company insist they have sent a correct flower arrangement and refuse to redo or refund. I will NOT be buying from them again. BEWARE !”

“Flowers couldn't be delivered on the day. Was told an upgraded bouquet would be delivered the following day. The resulting package was disappointing. Quite a thin bouquet really. If that was an upgrade, can't imagine what the original would have looked like.”

“Having ordered these for my Daughters birthday, so sparse , not as full as viewed online. Very disappointing, at a point of embarrassed, I sent them. Wont use your service again. I know it was not the most expensive, but the value for money very poor. They did arrive on time though, sadley, no wow factor.”

“Hello Sent flowers to a dear friend for her Birthday, she is just out of hospital. The flowers arrived on her Birthday and she sent me a thank you message with a photo of the flowers. Could see that the red roses were not at all fresh and the bouquet that I payed more for, I am an OAP, looked tired except for the lillies which were still in bud. Was extremely disappointed Maggie Andersen”

“The bouquet was apparently lovely when it arrived, but when I saw it on the second day after delivery, of the 3 roses in the bouquet, 2 were dead. First time I'd ordered from Serenata and this was disappointing.”

“I think it should be moe clear when placing the order it is next day but can be up untill 9 This was not acceptable for a delivery to an office for my dear friend which was her last day at work. She did not get to receive her flowers as was delivered to an office next door after 5.30. I also feelits very frustrating that you do not have a contact number I will say you did respond back to my email quickly but thought you would like to know that the hours of delivery should be when ordering not in terms and conditions many thanks Fiona”
