I placed three orders on the same day. Two were delivered next day as promised. The third was not delivered and the company didn't know until I told them I didn't have a delivery confirmation, very dissappointing they don't have their own follow up system! After several (cumbersome to do on website) emails and website correspondences, they couldn't deliver on the day after I notified them. I was told the couriers schedule and that was it! No effort made to correct the problem they had caused. I thought a seperate courier could have been used. No offer of monetary compensation was made, even though I did not want this. The flowers were for my cousin whose sister had passed away. I'm now hoping she gets them before leaving for the funeral. Dissappointed!

The roses were completely different colour unfortunately and I opted for delux size but it was equivalent of large supermarket bouquet for around £15 and I paid £25 Delivery was quick and on time

Flowers were not fresh and the writing on the birthday card was so faint one could hardly read it.

Person for whom I sent flowers we home all day. It's bit embarrassing to ask to collect from neighbour. I did leave message to knock hard with the order as doorbell wasn't working but it looks like nobody read the instruction. Not happy with this service.

The courier left the flowers with a neighbour even though my in laws were in their house. I received an email to say the flowers had been delivered to my mother in law which in fact was untrue. I sent a message to your customer services which once again is difficult to make contact. I was told they knew the flowers had gone next door but the courier didn’t have an option to let me know. I won’t recommend your company poor communication and also courier decided to leave next door without letting myself or my mother in law they had. A card through the door would of taken one minute. Didn’t even receive an apology My mother in law isn’t well and I wanted her to know we were thinking of her Poor service

flowers arrived in a mess, but I am sure this was not down to florist but courier service, something seemed to have happened in transit as flowers still looked fresh but a mess, that seems to fit with box falling over. Anyway I received a prompt full refund.

The good news was that they arrived on the correct day, bad news was that the bouquet was just not worth the money :( I paid the extra £5 for a fuller bunch - well, if that was a 'fuller' one goodness knows what you'd normally get, half a dozen flowers??? It stated that the photograph was of the basic, cheapest price bouquet and yet what was received was a lot less flowers than in the photograph even though I'd paid extra for more! It just made me feel that I wished I had not bothered sending flowers at all as what was received was an embarrassment. Thank goodness my brother had the foresight to remove the card so that people were not aware that the sorry looking bunch of flowers was anything to do with me. To be honest I may as well of got a bunch from a local petrol station for £3.99, there would probably been more blooms then.

Delivery was great, just disappointing with the size of the bouquet for the price I paid, I have had much larger bouquets for the same price elsewhere. I just thought I’d try somewhere different this time Thanks

Sent flowers for my Mother's birthday. The flowers were in poor condition when they arrived and when I got to see them 5 days later they were ready to be thrown away. Very poor compared to other suppliers I have used in the past. I will not be using Serenta again.

I asked for the delivery to be patient. The recipient is 88 and her husband 90. By the time the door was answered a card was through the door and flowers left by back door

I thought the delivery service was good and liked being kept up to date with progress from the witty emails. However, I thought the quality of the flowers was very poor and I was very disappointed. Although pleased with the discount, I guess you get what you pay for! :-(

It was not delivered on the day I requested despite you sending an email telling me the flowers had left your place -- in the end the flowers were only delivered the next day. Had they been for a birthday, I would have looked really bad.

The flowers arrived on time but were in poor condition two of the stems were without petals the rest were wide open and dropping petals, was offered 10% discount but this did not cover the disappointment felt by the recipient and the embarrassment felt by myself. Will not use Serenata in the future.

An unfortunate set of circumstances which with hindsight could have been handled better. The friend I had ordered the birthday flowers for unfortunately passed away the day before her birthday. I sent a message to request that the flowers should not be delivered to my friend and it was promptly responded to say the order would be cancelled. Next day when thinking a bit straighter, I asked whether I would be refunded or if the flowers could be delivered to me if not. The reply was that they had been destroyed, so money taken but no flowers seen. I was however offered 50% off my next order.

Normally I get a really good experience with them, unfortunately this time the flowers were lovely and delivered on time, but within a day they had already started to wilt and die, this was a great disappointment to my mother as normally they last for weeks, they didn't last a week this time.

I ordered the flower nine days before the lady's birthday which should have been plenty of time. As far as I can tell they were delivered the day AFTER her birthday and she was not there. So depending on when she returns it will be after her birthday and/or the flowers will be long dead. Very disappointed. Cal Thomas
