I understand the flowers were beautiful. Only negative comment is that they arrived late in the evening.

I was pleased they were delivered in good condition I have not seen the flowers so can't comment on their quality but understand they were fine

I thought I had ordered the delivery for before noon but delivery did not come till 4.30pm The driver just left them in the stairway anyone could have picked them up lucky for me I was coming back from shops and found them myself I have booked flowers before for my daughter in oxford and have never had this problem before.

Ordered for a friend at work who is unwell. Fast delivery, good customer service. My friend said flowers were beautiful. Only negative was I only saw a picture online of flowers.

I felt it was a good service overall. My friend said the flowers I sent were very beautiful, although the instructions weren’t as good as they could’ve been. The standard card would be better if smaller and maybe more ‘card’ like too!

I wanted to send flowers to two different people on a Sunday, but found that there was no provision for two addresses so I emptied the basket logged in again and did each bunch, addressee and payment separately. I received two emails with complete details, and later a text informing me that my order couldn't be completed because the basket was empty - I thought this referred to my very first attempt at ordering. On the Sunday morning I was informed that the first bunch was on it's way so I logged in to find out what was happening with my second order. A message showed that it had been cancelled as the basket was empty. I contacted the support team and received an automated email. I was again informed that the transaction has been cancelled. I phoned Barclaycard to try to ascertain if two payments had been made, but the transactions were pending (probably because of the weekend). Meanwhile I heard from the first recipient that flowers had arrived and they were 'lush'! So thank you one very satisfied lady. I feel that if you could amend your form to allow different addresses as it's possible to purchase more than one bunch of flowers then I would not have had a problem. My solution was to transfer money to the bank account of the second recipient and ask them to get their own flowers, and a bottle of something nice. So really the surprise element was taken as I was anxious that something should be received that day.

we live in Australia so haven't actually seen them but, the pics looked very nice and our cousin, whos burthday it was loved them, so, that's good enough for me.

Lovely flowers, good price however next day delivery left a lot to be desired in so much as they were not delivered in 7.30pm. Would use them again.

I paid for delivery "Guaranteed Before 10:30am" but the flowers didn't arrive until 10:54.

I’ve used Serents a few times now and the flowers have always been well received & the feedback I get each time is always, “they’re beautiful!” 😊 very impressed! My only criticism is that the delivery driver left the flowers sent for my friends birthday yesterday in her BIN; luckily it wasn’t bin day and she got home before the intense heat wilted them. 😞

Efficient service with good updates on progress. When I saw the photo there seemed to be fewer freesias in the bouquet than seen on the website. The roses looked lovely and as per the photo. The recipient was delighted with them (they were a surprise) and as she didn't see the picture wasn't disappointed. Good value for money though.

Flowers were beautiful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because there was no card with flowers. Computer crashed at that point so used the Contact Us immediately after it accepted payment asking for card to be added and included message. So I felt that the Contact Us facility is a waste of time. I was disappointed that the greeting was not attached. Flowers and delivery were excellent.

Told by my friend “Flowers beautiful.” BUT delivery person could not find her apartment. Suggest you include a “Recipient’s contact phone number” to assist with delivery. On second attempt, delivery van was parked in her husband’s reserved parking space. When challenged, the delivery man said “Looking for apartment XXX.” He asked the best person - he lived there!
