“I was informed right up to the point of delivery as to the status of my order. When the order had been received, when it was expected to be delivered, when it was in transit and when it had in fact been delivered. Great service, could not have been better. “I am British, now living in California. I used Serenata Flowers to send flowers to my Mother for her 90th Birthday. I chose Serenata because of the reviews on-line. Their site was easy to navigate, I was kept fully informed on delivery and best of all, my Mother said the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I will certainly use them again.
