“Worst bouquet of flowers I've ever seen. The bouquet was delivered in a cardboard box which is not very eye catching presentation wise when you answer the door. When the box was opened and the bouquet was taken out, some of the heads immediately fell off of the flowers and the flowers that still had their heads looked dry, eg the outermost petals on the roses were already brown. Over the next 48 hours the rest of the flowers dried up and lost their heads. I noticed as soon as I put them in a vase that they already smelt old, the same smell that I get from supermarket flowers after I've had them for about 7-10 days. These flowers smelt like that immediately. I had to throw them away on the third day. I bought a lovely fresh bouquet from Tesco to replace them. The Tesco bouquet cost £3.50.”

“I never received my order and sent a email to ask what has happened. My tracking number said delivered on Friday but the department never received the flowers and the money has been taken out of my bank and still no flowers. Not happy! Disappointed”

“The flowers were ordered for a special birthday. They were delivered as ordered but were very poor quality, going brown. In fact they lasted three days. In the meantime I contacted customer service by Facebook and Twitter ( email facility wasn’t working). This was a Saturday and a replacement delivery was arranged for Monday. I am told that these have arrived and are beautiful but it was very embarrassing to be told on Friday that an arrangement of dying Rosie’s had been delivered. Customer service handled it well but it should never happened and there shouldn’t have been a 48 hour delay.”

“Failed same day delivery of £40+ bouquet no notice given so I had to chase, a day later...email another day later reply due to “unavailability in the local area with our partner florist” Offer of upgrade and next available delivery ...unidentified when. Or full cancel and refund email arrived at 09:44 and I couldn’t access the account as it wouldn’t accept the verification code and resent repeatedly. Finally able to access via two separate devices to find I was unable to cancel... basically the time frame for cancelling had closed. Bearing in mind no time frame was advised in the cancellation offer email! Looks like the order is due for delivery tomorrow! I have emailed them to request cancellation and refund. The event will be four days late and it’s unacceptable. I’m very disappointed. Having previously and successfully used them, I hope they value customers enough to do the decent thing.....”

“Flowers were delayed so didn't arrive for my cousin's birthday. However, They were delived on the next date chosen and I was emailed to say they'd been delivered and taken by recipient. Hence the 3 stars. Serenata were prompt in replying to my complaint and kept me in touch the whole time. They also deducted a few pounds in compensation.”

“I ordered the rose and freshia bouquet for my mum who is suffering with this horrible flu that's going around. She said they are very beautiful and were packaged extremely well so im glad I used Serenata Flowers they are good value for money and you get what you have paid for. I will be using them again when I need to send someone beautiful flowers.”

“I ordered some flowers for my mum, who hasn't been too well. They were delivered the next day and although I haven't seen them personally, my mum was made up with them and said they were beautiful. I had a text to say they were out for delivery and another one once they were delivered. I will definitely use Serenata Flowers again.”
