“Although I didn't see the flowers I had a phone call from the recipient who said they were lovely, they were delivered on time. I was very pleased and will use Serenata again.”

“This is a review to correct my earlier one re 19/1/2018 funeral heart wreath. It has now come to my attention that the wreath had been misplaced by the funeral company. I have now seen a picture of the heart wreath and after three days Ican still see serenata provided a good service. Apologies for assuming it was Serenata's error it is unheard of for a funeral service provider to lose a wreath. Feel free to remove my earlier, now incorrect review.”

“Prompt delivery, email updates when out for delivery and when delivered so I knew the recipient received them. Flowers were beautiful and lasted 2 weeks.”

“Everything up to the point of delivery was spot on. Went downhill after that. I tried to track my order - this system did not work. Next day I was advised delivery attempt was refused. I knew this to be a lie. It transpired that delivery attempt was to the wrong address. This was not noticed until I had to repeat address - same as one given on original order I was offered a an upgrade of a more expensive order but seeing as I'd ordered a birthday cake at the same time I couldn't see the point so demanded my payment be returned, which I was told would happen in a few days. I do not recommend this supplier and would not use again. I am so disappointed and now have to explain to my cousin that I was not ignoring her special 70th birthday.”

“This bouquet is absolutely gorgeous. I ordered them on a special offer so well worth the money. They arrived the next day . Ordering was simple and efficient. Have used this company many times. The flower stems always arrive in liquid so are very fresh.”
