Do not use this company wish I had read the reviews before I did. Did not arrive on my daughters birthday. I requested my money back and was told I would be given £3 as an apology. It was a surprise for my daughters 30th birthday and they even said that she had contacted the courier to delay the order. She didn't know, it was a surprise so couldn't of contacted them.

Terrible service, poor quality, would not recommend Did not arrive on day they were booked and when they finally did arrive they only lasted 3 days, waste of money, would never use again

Flowers from Serenanta on DAY TWO! they were delivered looking very sorry for themselves. I complained and was told they would re-send new ones on Monday. My partner was not impressed. He said he wanted a refund and frankly that they should also send a bunch as a gesture of goodwill. Avoid! They were put in fresh water with the sachet and the 'guard petals' were removed as advised. What a disgrace. Going to keep them for the 7 days to see what state they are in.

Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday at the last minute - Saturday night for Sunday delivery. They were absolutely beautiful and my loved them. So pleased.

Disappointing flowers. Didn't last 4 days. Was a birthday present from my son. When I contacted the company they said they have a 7 day policy even though I reported it within the 7 days. Customer service appalling. Wouldn't use this company or recommend it. Flowers from Aldi last longer.

I've just had someones flowers delivered to my house and have no way of contacting the company to let them know. Have emailed but no phone number which means that someone somewhere isn't going to receive their flowers. How appalling!!!

ordered for wife's birthday when I was abroad Very disappointed by the quality of flowers - did not look fresh and overall the bouquet was sub-standard Would not order from them again

Ordered bereavement flowers to New Zealand from UK on 22/06/17. Received email confirming delivery would be 24/06/17. Then nothing. Emailed to chase it and was told because of the area it had to be sent by courier and would arrive 27/06/17. The funeral was 26/06/17. They will not accept responsibility but blame it on their 'partner florist' whose details they will not reveal. Steer clear of these jokers. They have made a blunder that is unfixable here. They will take your money even if they cannot deliver.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY More importantly what went right - I ordered some flower for a work colleague who was recovering from an operation. From the picture I ordered there were beautiful roses, lisianthus, and various other flowers and foliage. What was delivered were 3 carnations, 1 lisianthus and not a lot else. Cannot get in touch with Seranata except by email and then they say the flowers that were delivered were like the ones in the photograph. Definitely not worth the £40+ paid.

Unfortunately I read reviews after I had bought and believed their website reviews. I bought these for my mums birthday and the roses arrived dead!!! Be weary of the reviews which say they were happy as in most cases they haven't actually seen the flowers and the recipient will be too nice to want to tell you the truth. I told my mum about the reviews which is why she told me about the flowers. Don't waste your money

I ordered flowers on Saturday to be delivered on Tuesday as a thank you gift but even though I had numerous messages on Tuesday stating that my flowers were with the courier and would be delivered that day they unfortunately never arrived. I contacted customer service & was told they would investigate it and get back to me. The following day I got a message stating that the courier had vehicle issues and was assured they would arrive today but again they never arrived. I have cancelled the order altogether & have ordered from Prestige Flowers who have already delivered my flowers that I placed the order for last night. Shame on you Serenata Flowers for your very poor service. Don't waste your money or time ordering otherwise you may be let down like I was.

Bought flowers for my mothers 86th. birthday while on holiday. The delivery man never left them on the day requested, after delivery note requested to knock loudly and back door delivery. The following day they where delivered.. On returning a week later found roses only lasted one day and lily`s lased only 5 days. On complaining on my return, was told as over 1 week and not able to help me, it was only 8 days since the flowers where delivered. And rather than send an 86 year old lady anything as a good will gesture, they said after several emails that they would rather lose my custom. The never experienced such bad online customer service, having used serenata before but never again.

I have used Serenta before without issue but this time whilst I found the ordering and delivery very good, the flower arrangement was not as described on the website. The flowers were described as "Pure Love Gift Bag" but were delivered in cellophane and no bag! When I contacted their customer service they informed me that the "details" said they would be in cellophane. I told them this was misrepresentation and that I would be taking this further, they then offered a 25% money back. Won't be using them again.

I'd used Serenata Flowers some time ago and found them good. However, my most recent order was truly appalling. The flowers arrived looking like they had been pulled through a hedge! I had ordered the "Deluxe" version of the Tequila Sunrise bouquet and every rose was covered in "bruise marks" and looked like they were on their last legs. I emailed customer service with very graphic photos and, 3 days on, they have not even had the courtesy to reply. There was no way I could have given my friends the flowers (for their 60th wedding!) so have totally wasted £55.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for anniversary before 10.30am. It's almost 12pm and the delivery status online says "Assigned to production". Terrible service, would never use again.

Last night I ordered a bunch of flowers for my mum on moving house. As I entered my card details the site froze and went back to homepage. Without an email confirmation, I did the exact same order again. Then I got two confirmation emails to say both orders had been done!after emails because they have no contact number, the bunches could not be stopped. They also won't refund one of orders even though it was their fault! Who wants to pay for the exact same flowers, to same person with the same message! I've had orders of poor quality before too. All fool me for thinking they would be ok this time! Advice; don't use them!

My job colleagues sent me flowers through your company. It was so terrible received them in very bad condition. Of course,I didn't say nothing to my lovely colleagues, just big thanks to them for a very nice idea. But I'll never recommend serenataflowers to someone for a flower service. I don't know who is responsible about that.. they or delivery company.. Anyway flowers looks like minimum one-two weeks old...pink and white roses was in brown color and some of them was broken.

Worst experience ever. Spent 150£ on the bouquet with 40 roses. As a result, they have delivered 25 roses in a worst quality ever. The customer service was just useless after the complaints being submitted. Considering to take a legal action against these cons. I am very dissapointed.
