“Water dried out in stem holder. Package battered. Customer service set up as an catch 22 email box brick wall. Flowers dying or past it. Why they operate like this hard to understand- why no quality control? Worst I have ever come across.”

“Ordering and paying online was easy. Chosen bouquet was delivered as promised next day. Good communication letting me know by email progress of order. Flowers were fresh and still looking good 5 days later. Suppose experience depends on what florists they use as partners but I can't complain.”

“I am very happy with Serenata Flowers I live in Sri Lanka and ordered some flowers for my friends birthday, they arrived on the right date and time and she is over the moon with them. Good all round easy ordering and great delivery service.”

“Flowers were ordered for a friend who was just out of hospital after an operation. I received an email confirming that the flowers had been dispatched but they were never received. No card was put through the door saying they had been left somewhere else. My friend was in all day as she was recovering from the surgery. My total frustration is that the response to my query suggests I phone customer service but of course no phone number is given. I have now spent a very frustrating 30mins Googling possible contact numbers with no success. I am extremely upset on so many levels and will not be using this service again. Anne”

“Initially the bouquet mum sent was beautiful, however, as previous reviewers have stated, the flowers didn't last, and without an order number you cannot contact the company. As these were a gift from my mum, i don't want to upset her by asking for the order number, so despite having photographs, i can't complain to the company! I'm also presuming that they arrived later than mum was anticipating, as when i called her to thank her, she was surprised that they'd only just turned up.”

“Quality of flowers and delivery service absolutely appalling. Flowers dumped outside front door by DPD (despite us being inside the house). They didn't even bother ringing the doorbell. Once opened, half the flowers were found to be dead and the rest wilting. Complaining to Serenata is impossible. They have no contact phone number and only an email address which you cannot use if you don't have an order number, which I don't because they were a present from a friend. I don't want to upset my friend by trashing her generous gesture and am therefore not willing to ask her for the order number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“Do not use this company wish I had read the reviews before I did. Did not arrive on my daughters birthday. I requested my money back and was told I would be given £3 as an apology. It was a surprise for my daughters 30th birthday and they even said that she had contacted the courier to delay the order. She didn't know, it was a surprise so couldn't of contacted them.”

“Flowers from Serenanta on DAY TWO! they were delivered looking very sorry for themselves. I complained and was told they would re-send new ones on Monday. My partner was not impressed. He said he wanted a refund and frankly that they should also send a bunch as a gesture of goodwill. Avoid! They were put in fresh water with the sachet and the 'guard petals' were removed as advised. What a disgrace. Going to keep them for the 7 days to see what state they are in.”

“Disappointing flowers. Didn't last 4 days. Was a birthday present from my son. When I contacted the company they said they have a 7 day policy even though I reported it within the 7 days. Customer service appalling. Wouldn't use this company or recommend it. Flowers from Aldi last longer.”
