“Order dealt with Received email to say flowers delivered had no thankyou from recipients which would no be like them obviously we cannot ask them if received flowers I emailed customer support the day before delivery due as I was confused as to whether the message I had written would be enclosed Still waiting for reply today 5/8/2017 Feel wasted £54 as the result was not achieved Would never use them again”

“Easy to order and delivery next day as requested. I have not seen the flowers myself but the people I sent them to said they were very pleased with them. I would definitely use Serenata Flowers again.”

“Flowers came in a box upside down. Chocolates were overpriced, balloon very small. Flowers are dieing after two days ! All very expensive but quality of service very poor ! Disappointed!”

“When trying to place my order which included choclates, flowers a teddy and card the system would not let me do this but I sent a message with the info and the customer services were very helpful but it was a little frustrating ,,, what was not good was the delivery service ,,, my order was being delivered to my daughters office and the delivery person could not even be bothered to go to reception and left the order outside, if it had not been for a colleague seeing the flowers they may have been missed or anyone could have just walked off with my order. We place our orders and trust with Serenata and to find that their delivery service cannot even be bothered to find someone in a large company to be very frustrating and well below the service expected. Suggest this is looked into as it is not good customer service and will put people off from buying their products.”

“Ordered a bouquet for my mother - what arrived were nothing like what they advertised on their website & were looking very old. They agreed to send another bunch to my mum numerous emails and several photos later. When the replacement bunch arrived, the box was battered and wet & the flowers were of equal poor quality. Serenata flowers suggested peeling off some of the dead petals & then in their opinion they were of good quality. DO NOT USE!!”

“Beautiful flowers but we had real problems with delivery, as the Post Office did not recognise their postcode. Seranata went out of their way to solve the problem with a series of four e-mails back and forward to me. Successful delivery in the end and my friend was very pleased.”

“They were delivered on time although I am not sure if the courier knocked or rang the bell as my sister-in-law only found them on the doorstep when she came out of the front door to go shopping...She described them as lovely and the yellow roses were her favourite colour.The card was also very lovely-Bear Hugs.”
