“Failed to deliver flowers when they said they would. I had to complain in order to get the flowers redelivered. However, I received a prompt response from the company following my complaint.”

“I ordered these flowers for a very dear friend on her 81st birthday. Her family put a picture up on face book and I was horrified at what you sent. Nothing like the picture you promised and I paid for. Disappointed that I was given a false impression of my order. Please may I have my money back so I can give my friend a decent bunch of flowers Many thanks Noreta Fitzgerald 7.8.17”

“My friend was over the moon with the flowers I chose to send her from Serenata when she moved into her New Home. She called me to say the flowers were beautifully presented and came in a boxed base and she loved the various types of flowers in the bouquet. Would recommend Serenata.”
