“I was more than delighted with serenata flowers service. I particularly liked their vibrant, quirky email updates, they made my custom feel valued and made me smile. I actually phoned a local florist near my sister in law but they were much more expensive and wanted to charge me £6 to deliver literally down the road. I will definitely use serenata again. Thank you.”

“Website was so easy to use and so many beautiful arrangements to choose from. My mum was absolutely thrilled to receive them and she said the flowers are excellent quality and are looking bigger and more beautiful everyday!”

“The flowers, balloon and chocolates ordered were delivered in a perfect condition and exactly on time. The on-line order system was clear and simple to use. Regular updates were received as to the stages of order and delivery. I even received a 10% voucher to use against future purchases........ a wonderful service, many thanks it was much appreciated.”

“Flowers lovely. Although I paid £9.99 for guaranteed delivery before 10.30am as birthday girl was going out. Flowers didn't arrive until just after 11am. If I had known that I would have paid the cheaper option for guaranteed delivery before noon!! Probably still would have arrived at the same time. Even though they were late, I got an email when they were dispatched (that arrived before 10.30am funnily enough!) and also when they had been delivered.”

“The roses in the bunch of flowers looked dead/dying and these for my mum on her 60th Birthday and now the Daisy's are dropping and it's only been 5 days (photos attached were taken day of the delivery)”

“The flowers I ordered for a funeral on Saturday did not arrive at the crematorium until Monday. I was emailed by Serenata on Saturday afternoon to inform me the flowers had not been delivered due to there being no one to leave them with. I then requested a refund as the flowers were required on Saturday and any time after would be pointless. No refund was given and the flowers delivered 2 days later, which by then, had completely lost their point.”
