“hi, ordered some flowers for my sisters wedding anniversary but the flowers that arrived were not like there were on the website. I ordered the spring time deluxe and what arrived was loads of little white flowers still in bud.”

“I ordered these flowers for a very dear friend on her 81st birthday. Her family put a picture up on face book and I was horrified at what you sent. Nothing like the picture you promised and I paid for. Disappointed that I was given a false impression of my order.
