“I was very satisfied with their service. They delivered exactly what they promised on their web site. The product was of a very high standard and the delivery time was on time. The product was a bouquet of flowers. I ordered this bouquet just the day before I wanted it to be delivered and as I already mentioned, it was delivered on time without any problem. This made me and especially my wife very happy. I would like to recommend Serenata Flowers for their top notch services. I believe that I will never be sorry to make use of their products and services.”

“I would always recommend Serenata over any other online flower company. The flowers are always fabulous, amazing quality and they last! The service is second to none, you are always kept informed of the delivery and its tracked all the way to the recipients hands. I have never had a bad service and would use them everytime”

“I was absolutely thrilled with the service from Serenata Flowers! I ordered a dozen yellow roses for my Grandma for her 80th birthday, but had only thought to do it the evening before. With Serenata I was still able to order next day delivery but also even able to specify to have them delivered before 10:30am when I knew that she would be in. She absolutely loved them! The roses were really healthy and the colouring was beautiful. Throughout the whole process I also received a number of updates from Serenata Flowers that were just so friendly and personable, and made the whole process even more enjoyable. I can't recommend their service highly enough - thank you Serenata Flowers!”
