“Ordered flowers for my mums 70th birthday 3 days before the day. Called her on the day to ask how are the flowers only to find out there were none. After contacting the company they said sorry but if you had read our terms and conditions you will see that we don’t promise the delivery day... could be up to 48 hours after. Not good enough! They should have warned on ordering so I could have ordered elsewhere! Rather than money grabbing! Don’t use!”

“The flowers were left outside the front gate in direct sunlight (34 degrees that day). The house was occupied but no one heard the bell. No card was put through the door. it was five hours later that they were found - unacceptable.”

“As many of the reviews say dreadful. Below is what I was promised and what arrived - like the other Adam - £48 for 12 standard stems. Do not use this company.”

“no customer support I paid almost 49 pounds till date no idea were flowers gone, missed my daughter 16th birthday, going for chargeback from credit card company”

“The flowers that arrived were nothing like the photo on website. The flowers were dry and droopy and there were significantly less stems than advertised. Incredibly disappointing and extremely poor value for money. Tried to contact customer service but the email wouldn't send and there is no phone number. Waste of money and complete lack of service.”

“Delivered damaged, very poor quality contents, zero customer service as you can't contact them. The complaint procedure is online and simply doesn't work. Very disappointed and won't use again. Can't complete this review as i can't get any communication to them! Order reference 2111020454”

“Do not but from this company . Poor quality flowers that are not fresh or top quality. I have had two lots sent me over the last two weeks and both have been really horrible.”

“I ordered flowers for my aunt. I ticked the "leave at the doorstep" box but they were delivered to a house 5 minutes drive away. This was inconvenient for my cousin who had to collect them, and who said they were not worth the money.”

“Do not use this company. The flowers my friend received were embarrassing and pathetic. It was a scraggly handful of stems not the full bunch the image on the Seranata website shows. Extremely let down by this experience.”

“Ordered same day flower delivery as promoted using their online ordering via their same day delivery website page. Ordered many hours well before the 2pm deadline, paid and then waited to hear they had been delivered. Delivery can take up to 8pm it states. After 9pm still no delivery. Contacted to be told they could not fulfil the order as they use a ‘partner’ for this. They told me they had sent an email to let me know but no email was received, I requested them to forward this supposed email or what time it was sent but this went ignored. No apology and as yet no refund. Very poor. I would advise not using as they are unreliable and there are many other companies that can offer a better reliable service.”

“Terrible quality, not fresh and only lasted a couple of days. I have had two bouquets purchased recently for me and both were the same. Terrible quality, for an expensive price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“Received 2 bouquets recently during bereavement and both were very poor quality with flowers past their best, some with broken stems and some dead. They were made up of mostly greenery that was smelly and mouldy. I have not given honest feedback to the senders - they would be extremely upset -but I certainly would not use this company in the future.”

“I’ve used you three times, I’ve now had honest feedback from my daughter! The flowers were mainly dead or cut short!I don’t even expect any remuneration because from the the reviews, you don’t pay back anything, I work in an environment that buys and sends flowers for others, and certainly won’t be recommending you”

“Flowers for my sister’s 40th were ordered to be delivered to the pub, where she was going, as a surprise. I had an email saying that they’d been delivered and I phoned to check, but nothing had come. I contacted Serenata flowers who sent another email, saying that they’d been delivered. After a third email, stating clearly that they hadn’t arrived, I was informed that it would take 48 hours to investigate. I received a message today to say that the flowers were AT THE POST OFFICE and so clearly had NOT been delivered. Surprise and birthday ruined and one very upset and annoyed customer. I will NOT be using this company again and would not recommend them. Dreadful service.”

“We ordered the Freya bouquet with a vase for my mother in laws 90th birthday, it was nothing like the photo of the bouquet, far less flowers , the water had leaked and wet the card , very disappointing , enclosed are photos of the website pic and what we actually received”

“Very disappointing. More greenery than flowers (all bloomed already by the way). I ordered a cheerful and colorful bouquet, but the delivered one was dull and sad, with absolutely all the flowers substituted. Which means a totally different bouquet than what I paid for! I shouldn’t have taken the modern vase, it’s just ugly. The images will help comparing the ordered bouquet and the delivered one.”
