Under no circumstances use this company. Overpriced product not resembling the photos whatsoever!! Delivered dead or damaged. What a disappointment. These flowers were for a family member whose mother had died, I was embarrassed when they informed me of the state the flowers when delivered. Have complained bitterly but don’t expect to get my money back after reading other reviews.

Awful service, I placed an order Monday 28/10/20 for my partners Birthday on Thursday 01/10/20 and as of Saturday 03/10/20 they still haven't arrived website shows preparing order!. They use the covid excuse for poor service and refuse to cancel the order or refund probably because they are registered off shore in Malta and therefore flout UK consumer laws. They have stated they cannot guarantee delivery on a specified date and say to give 48 hours after the date you request.. Go and support your local florist like I should have done.

Very disappointed! Hardy any flowers and all greenery. Nothing like in the photo online. Very disappointed and would never use this company again!

Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday to be delivered today. Nearly £50 by the time price of vase added in. The bouquet was NOTHING LIKE the one on the website - a pathetic bunch I might as well have bought from a garage forecourt. Avoid!

Been a customer with this company for a number of years, ordering flowers at least 6-8 times a year, if not more and not had any problems. Living in Cyprus, I sent my sister in the uk flowers in June. Unfortunately, unknown to myself she'd gone away for the weekend. The flowers were left on her step on the Saturday, when she returned on the Sunday, she opened the flowers and they were all dead! She didn't have the heart to tell me and only recently confessed. I contacted the company to explain and was told there was nothing to be done as I had requested delivery on that day. I think the flowers should have lasted longer than overnight, even left in their box! I told the company that I wouldn't be using them again as I was completely disappointed. Their response was that they understand my decision. Obviously, in these trying times they can afford to lose a lot of business. I will not recommend them to anyone as I have done in the past.

Avoid at all costs. Seriously. I’m sure there are occasions where people’s orders are satisfied without issue (hence the good reviews) however it’s not when things are going right that you need a company to be competent, accessible and reasonable, but when they’ve gone wrong. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister’s work for her birthday. I was told after ordering (with no ability to choose a time slot) that they would be delivered between 8am and 8pm. Potential problem given her workplace closes at 7pm. Tried to find a way to contact the company only to find that they have no phone number, no email address, only one of those daft online contact forms. Opting for blind optimism that the delivery should be made before 7pm (given I was advised they had been dispatched at noon), I spent the whole day checking in on the tracker. At 5.09pm (approximately 20 miles from the delivery address), I was told that the delivery had failed. What, you say! This must be some mistake. Either your delivery guy has outrageously long arms or the courier has Lewis Hamilton on the books who can make the journey in the 3 minutes it took between me last checking the location and getting the failed delivery notification. Here’s where the fun started. Contacted Serenata on their online form to ask for an explanation and found myself waist-deep in some kind of Kafkaesque nightmare where a conveyer-belt of Skye’s, Holly’s, Kayla’s (and other wholly unlikely names) simultaneously insisted that the tracking app was accurate and that the delivery driver couldn’t make the delivery because either the address was inaccessible (e.g. a locked gate) or no one answered. I genuinely did not know (and still do not know) whether these are automated responses or whether there are actual human people on the end armed with a (very short) list of stock answers. They insisted that the delivery would be reattempted tomorrow despite my protests that they were now too late and I didn’t want flowers that had been sitting in the back of a delivery van for a full day, overnight and potentially the best part of the next day. Cue virtual bobbing heads and them tripping out the same old mantra that “delivery will be reattempted tomorrow. Sorry if there has been any inconvenience.” Anyway, a very brief search of this company shows they are based in Malta, no ability to contact them, clever (read as: misleading, disingenuous) marketing makes you think they are a local company. Honestly, if nothing else I don’t want these scammers getting another penny of people’s money. If you have £40 to burn, can I suggest simply setting it on fire? It would be quicker and less infuriating and you wouldn’t have to deal with another email from Jemima Puddleduck telling you that your customer experience is very important to them while refusing to enter into any meaningful conversation about whether they have fulfilled their end of an agreement to provide goods and should legitimately be cancelling your order and offering a refund.

Worst flowers ever received. It was a £50 bouquet with 3-4 dead flowers that arrived a day late. Do not waste your money!!!!

So upset! I spent £30 but could have got better flowers from the Supermarket. They arrived in a box, this was not clearly advertised, were squashed up and definitely not enough flowers for £30! As they were to present to someone, I had to rush to a florist to buy further flowers and pretty paper to wrap them in. Keep away from this disgusting company!!!! I’d give them 0 stars if I could and wish I’d read all these bad reviews first... lesson learnt!

I ordered what looked like a beautiful bouquet to be delivered to my in laws for their emerald wedding anniversary. Luckily my ma in law always sends a photo of any flowers she receives so when she messaged to say thank you on the day they were received I was horrified to see the poor excuse of a bouquet that Serenata Flowers had delivered! They were absolutely nothing like the photo that I’d ordered. I immediately messaged them and sent a photo, they replied and apologised saying the flowers weren’t up to their standard and they said they’d send a replacement bouquet. My in laws received the replacement bouquet today and they were even worse then the first bouquet!! I again complained but the customer service I’ve received today has been dreadful. I’ve asked for a refund but basically been told to “go away” they said their floral team have looked at my photos and said that what’s in the photo on their website is what’s been delivered......I beg to differ!! They’re now ignoring all my messages and not replying, it’s funny how all the reviews and comments on their Facebook page are glowing and wonderful, I’m so pleased a friend of mine found this page where true and honest reviews are being left.......this is a dreadful company who are con artists who shouldn’t be allowed to get away with all the false advertising.

Wow! What a bad experience. Aside from being MASSIVELY OVERPRICED. Just how many things can they get wrong: 1. Late delivered 2. No chocolates accompanying flowers which I paid for 3. Unapologetic email response with a partial refund only

I am so disappointed. I ordered these flowers for my mother in law's birthday and they were "delivered" by being thrown over the fence. They were found in the bushes, damaged. I cannot fathom why the delivery person did this? Why wouldn't they deliver to the door? It was beyond rude. The idea of delivering flowers is to be a lovely experience, not this.

My husband spent nearly £50 on flowers for me for our wedding anniversary. This £50 included a free vase and 100 gr chocolates. The vase is nice enough but far too small for all the greenery that came with the flowers to go in. Its probably the smallest box of cocs i have ever received. The 3 red roses outer leaves look like they are dyeing and the huge amount of foliage was very disappointing. Customer services told me twice if still unhappy send more photos within the next 5 days

A handful of bedraggled, half-dead flowers arrived in a battered box, not the lovely bouquet expected. Judging from the comments below I was lucky they turned up on time but the recipient was very disappointed and so am I. The website gave the misleading impression this was a local florist, which is clearly not the case. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND ADVISE STRONGLY AGAINST.

Flowers turned up today (day three) after multiple complaints and are recovering in water after three days in the back of a Van. If only I had noticed that all recent reviews on Google are one star.... The courier allegedly had the flowers "out for delivery" since Wednesday (it's now Friday, day three) and despite the courier spending most of yesterday in the area of the destination village, and passing the recipient's address several times (according to the tracker), no flowers arrived until halfway through Friday, 2.5 days later. But that is not the worst of it. The worst of it is the offhand, uncaring attitude of the customer service agent (Katie) who handled my enquiry. She informed me (to my astonishment) that it was to be expected that I should allow an additional 48hrs after the paid for delivery date to allow for delays. I asked here where this information was displayed, as I might have ordered the flowers to arrive in advance of the special occasion, but in reply she cut and paste various things from the website, none of which mentioned deliveries taking place after the date, never mind the fictional "48hr" policy. This behaviour is deliberately evasive, lazy and lacking professional integrity. When I asked her to refer my enquiry to a manager she refused, saying this wouldn't be possible as delays are normal therefore there is no reason to escalate. This morning she cheerfully informed me that the three day old flowers are "out for delivery" but this is groundhog Day, since the flowers were "out for delivery" yesterday, and "out for delivery" the day before. If the flowers exist at all, they have been in the back of someone's van for the last three days. With the birthday long gone, and flowers now three days old and who knows if they will it will turn up today (I very much doubt it as the courier went right past the end of the street more than once yesterday without calling in), how can Seranata Flowers have the nerve to take the attitude that this is normal or acceptable, or to be expected? Where is Katie's supervisor? Who is monitoring deliveries? I am now raising a complaint about my whole experience with them but they have no way for you circumnavigate the Great Wall of customer service advisors and speak to someone useful. If Serenata Flowers had any remaining integrity it would offer me a refund. If you check Google reviews (I wish I had) you will read some extraordinary stories including flowers not arriving for funerals. However they now don't do funerals, which implies that they can't delivery on time, but other special occasions don't seem to be important. I will never, never use this company again and I hope my review stops someone else having the disappointing experience I had. Nowhere in the website does it say to expect a 48 HR delay. It says 98% success rate. These were special occasion flowers, now three days old. I'm starting to think Serenata is staffed by bots, or AI. But you would probably get a better response from an AI.

I am now on day three waiting for special occasion flowers for an elderly relative ordered 9 days ago. Never , ever use this company if you want flowers to arrive on time and also be fresh . My friend ordered a bouquet to be delivered to another friends address ( she had recently lost her Mum) . She was told delivery on Tuesday The first delivery failed to happen , no reason given , the 2nd new delivery slot on Wednesday also failed to happen . No reasons given despite being told of a specific time slot . Company have refused to refund and have given no reasonable explanation .The address is slightly out of the way but specific instructions were given and also a contact number left , other companies appear to be able to find the location . I presume the courier was too lazy to make any effort . My friend is now having to try and get a refund for a service that was not as advertised or worth the money . Looking at other reviews this company is not worth the time or effort and should be reported to Trading Standards. The company responded to my friend when she complained on Twitter but all they said was it was attempted within a time slot !!! That tells you nothing . There was no way the flowers were even attempted to be delivered as there is CCTV at the address and no one turned up . Very poor service and customer care is non existent !!!
