The delivery time was very late at night (8.55pm). I had not read that it could be this late prior to ordering otherwise I would have booked elsewhere. The flowers arrived and they were not of the quality expected. They were squint and one of the roses was already turning brown. I would never use this company again!! Overall very disappointing!

Incredibly disappointing... I purchased a bouquet a few weeks before my partners birthday and on the day was informed by email that the flowers had been delivered. This was in fact a lie and when flagged to the company, customer services refused to help saying that their courier has delivered them. The flowers then arrived the following day, over 24hrs late for the occasion and the condition of the flowers and packaging was terrible and unusable. Would recommend never using this company unless you plan on buying flowers for people you passive aggressively dislike!

Very disappointing. Though flowers arrived on time I thought they were overpriced! More greenery than flowers and some blooms already falling off! We followed instructions on how to maintain freshness but they started dying 4 days later and now, not even 1 week later only the lilies looking fresh!! Won't use them again, I'm afraid! Not at those prices anyway!!

Very disappointed. Have ordered from them before but my second order was a total let down. My total order cost me £42.97 as I ordered a vase and a birthday card too. Will not be ordering from them again. Be warned.

Ordered flower to arrive today which they did already dying contacted customer service had to jump through hoops asked to send pictures of them in a vase even though I had already sent pictures which you could see how bad they were,finally agreed that they were of poor quality and would send out new ones, receive email shortly after saying chauffeur had delivered but still no flowers contacted customer service again who said I had not confirmed I was happy for new flowers to be sent very confusing but they agreed to send new ones but wouldn’t arrive for 5 days no use when I needed them delivered for a special reason, at least they processed refund straight away when asked, would have given lower score but not possible

My grandson bought me a bouquet of roses and they were very poor quality . Extremely disappointing for my daughter who bought them on his behalf . From the outset the blooms were fading and hardly lasted any time at all . I contacted them at the time through their contact us option and had no reply whatsoever . The only saving grace was the chocolate that came with them and surely that is an enditement of the flowers supplied

When ordering flowers for a special occassion, we expect that they will be delivered on the day. I mean, it is that special day. Twice now, last year and this year, I have ordered via Serenata to deliver to Finchley in London and the delelivery has been late on both occassions. Last year I accepted that this can happen on rare occassions when there is a problem, but again? Last year there was a muted apology from Serenata. This year its the pandemic. All they do is point to their terms and conditions. So be aware of this.

Flowers were very poor quality and many were already decaying and drooping on the day of delivery. There is no real customer service ,as even when a complaint is made and is successful, you are only offered another poor quality bouquet. There are better quality and fresher blooms in the supermarket for a fraction of the price and I would not use or recommend this company .

Birthday surprise flowers should have arrived on Saturday, was assured by email from customer service and tracking they were out for delivery. They turned up 2 days late and 1/2 the flowers were dead. Customer Service not interested had an answer for everything. Website plastered with next day delivery and 7 day free delivery!! Well not in my experience. Never use this company again and would definitely not recommend. Use local florist next time. I won’t be using a company that can’t deliver on its promises.

Ordered flowers for a specific date and they didn’t turn up and got rescheduled for a different day without even telling me. Asked for a refund as the other day was to late and they told me I’m not allowed one. So they took my money and never delivered the flowers when they suppose to. There’s no number to contact them on only email. Such bad service. Would NOT recommend anyone to go here. Go somewhere where you are going to get a service that’s reliable!

Ordered my daughter what I thought was a lovely vibrant bunch of flowers and what she received was embarrassing and very disappointing. I would not use this company for flowers ever again as their product doesn't match the description on their website. Steer clear of this company and support your local florist you get a better service. I have learned a lesson the hard way

Ordered a bouquet for my daughters anniversary and similar to other customers the flowers arrived in a damaged, soaking wet box! As a result the wet card was put in the bin and many of the flower heads were broken of the stems and there for could not be placed in a vase. After sending pictures to the company they agreed to deliver the same arrangement again as soon as possible, once again very disappointed with the display which was nothing like the web picture had advertised. The roses were already fully opened and as a result I wouldn't now expect them to last very long before beginning to wither. Definitely not worth the amount that was charged.

hi received bouquet from my son 1/7 /2020for my birthday which should of arrived 30/6/2020 to say i was dissapointed was understatement roses looked like they had there day as well as all the other flowers chocolates looked like they where seconds no vase was included whilst i haven't said anything to my son as he would be mortified the flowers had died by today which i believe to be unexceptional would have better flowers from a supermarket and have told my son never to get flowers on line or from yourselves ever again did write a e-mail but as of yet have not received a reply

Flowers arrived crushed in a box. Contacted Customer Service to raise the issue and sent a photograph. The response was prompt but listed a range of things that I had to do, in a vase, wait 5 days, confirm that we had followed the care instructions. The product was damaged. I sensed a long drawn out process. They should realise that complaints arise from dissatisfaction rather than something to do. Satisfied Customers are the best advertisement a company can have. I did not want to enter an email ping pong. So the message is do not buy flowers from Serenata.

Flowers arrived at the bottom of a cardboard box with another box containing the vase directly on top of the flowers. Majority of flowers squashed and damaged as a result. Salvaged what we could and sent a complaint email. Received a reply giving me advice on how to care for roses.

We wanted to send beautiful flowers to my sister-in-law, after my brother's death. I had used M&S & Interflora before, but wanted the flowers delivered the same day. We chose Eternal Sunshine & I was so disappointed by the photos my niece sent (compare publicity photo with reality) I contacted the company to request another bouquet or at least a partial refund, as another reviewer states 'Don't waste your time.' I was told that 'they can substitute flowers'. This is a huge 'get out'. I understand that there was a problem due to the Coronavirus, but flowers are now readily available. The 'bouquet' cost £39.99 + delivery. It looked cheap (my sister said 'You'd have done better with a bunch from Aldi') I will never use them again. Disappointing flowers. Disappointing customer service. This has made a horrible situation worse.

Cheated and deceived by Serenata Flowers. I will definitely never use this company again and unless you wish to experience the same as I did, I strongly advise anyone to think twice and to first read all the reports on this website. I wish I had. As the attached photos clearly show, I was deceived by the picture. Next it will be you. I emailed Serenata, to complain, but take my advise "don't waste your time." You have more chance of walking on water then getting anywhere with this company. If you send flowers to friends or family, would you expect them to take photographs of the flowers they received. Of course NOT. Utterly absurd. Would you ask friends or family to take photos of the flowers you sent the. Definitely Not. But Serenata expect you to Having failed to get the woman to understand and accept my complaint and after being constantly fobbed off, I asked for my complaint to be passed on to the Manager, but no such luck. Believing is seeing. Lookup on the website " Blush Delight" and compare to the photo of what was received. No Comparison.

Recently lost my husband and have been blessed by the gift of so many flowers ..from 4 different companies. Whilst 2 midweek arrivals from Serenata were fresh, a third arrrival at weekend, specialy sent to my daughter were in very poor condition. She complained and a replacement was sent, in better condition. It is true to say, in all cases, the flowers from the other 3 companies were perfect and stood out. Then I received another delivery yesterday, which was ordered last Thurs to be delivered last Saturday, and four stems of these were in poor condition. My friend, who ordered them for me, has already been in touch with you but I want to add my disappointment on behalf of all my senders that they ordered in good faith, to communicate love to our family in sad circumstances and were let down. Something needs to be addressed here and we have lost confidence in your consistency of quality.
