Horrible, cheap flowers, cheap card, empty stick. No resulution - no refund. I can't believe a florist is involved in this company. Sylvia

My family ordered an expensive bunch of flowers for my 60th when they arrived they looked like a small bunch of stems! Was so bad they went and bought a bunch of flowers from Tesco that looked 20 x better! Don’t waste your money!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mums 60th, when they arrived I was so shocked at how awful they were I thought they had got the order wrong, I contacted customer services and they told me there was nothing wrong with them, they have since ignored me and refuse to help. They are not cheap to buy and I had to go to Tesco to buy some flowers in the end because I was too embarrassed to give the ones I had bought from serenata. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.

I order flowers for my sisters 25th wedding anniversary. I received an email the following day saying that the flowers were at the local depot ready for delivery, that day between 8am and 8pm. After contacting them daily and given different answers each time. 5 days later they still had not arrived so i phoned and told them to keep the flowers as they were probably dead by now and the occasion had been and gone. Finally, and only because i said it was a complaint did someone offer to send out the flowers again, but I declined and asked for a full refund. I went onto Bunches website, ordered new flowers and they were delivered the following day.

My flowers looked okay on arrival but the roses died within three days and the rest of the flowers within five. Customer service asked for dated photographs of the flowers and as I had not thought to take photographs of the dead flowers would not do anymore about it. I felt they were overpriced and of poor quality and other flowers I had delivered at the same time lasted much longer. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Total rubbish so do not waste your money. Ordered well in advance of date required and paid for delivery before 10a.m. Nothing arrived and when we complained were told flowers were put in garage after the agreed time. Garage had never been opened so someone did not tell the truth. I hope someone enjoyed the chocolates and flowers because we didn't.

Very disappointing. Out of the selection of flowers I ordered ‘darling delight’ which included roses, at £29.99, expressly because the recipient loves roses. When it arrived there wasn’t a single rose. When I complained Serenata relied on the term allowing them to substitute if any flowers weren’t available. It’s June and roses are abundant! I consider there to be a breach of Sales legislation as the flowers delivered did not match the description and photo on their web site. Also if they rely on the ability to substitute to this extent then there’s no point offering selections - they can just send out whatever they think, regardless of costs. I would NEVER use this company again, and advise anyone looking for flowers to go to a more reliable source.

I ordered flowers to be delivered today and received confirmation that the flowers had been delivered!!! Problem is they have not been delivered at all and upon trying to find out where the flowers are all I am receiving is a computer generated email that is absolutely no help. Terrible service I shall never use this company again and suggest that you save your money and not use them as all the other flowers this lady was sent today from other companies seem to have been delivered without a problem

I bought the ‘Peace’ bouquet for my mum-in-law’s 82nd birthday. The display looked gorgeous on the website and for £39.99 it appeared to be well worth it - especially as I was getting a Sunday (Nxt day) delivery. Ordering was easy - although I wish they would add PayPal to their method of payments, but then after reading some of the negative reviews, there may have been many disputes. Anyway, back to MY order. We arrived just after DPD delivered them and wee June took them out of the box. I was horrified 😱. “Is that them????” I asked. “It is hen. I think they’re lovely, Katy” replies my ever so kind mum-in-law. So I took them into the kitchen and separated the greenery (a lot) from the flowers (quite a lot too to be fair) and once I displayed/arranged them (which I love doing) in a large vase with fresh water and the feed, they took on a completely different look altogether. And there were still a lot of the freesias to open which will make it look fuller and more like the burst of white which I ordered. One white rose however had just begun to wilt but sprung back to life after cutting the usual couple of inches from the stem and sticking it in some lemonade for a minute - (which will pert any drooping flower up) before adding it to the display. So when I took them back to the livingroom, Wee June was delighted to the point of tears. She couldn’t believe they were the same flowers that came in the box. Only really one complaint (if that) - the card was sodden but the message readable but looked awful drying out. Other companies Iv used, Flying Flowers, M&S (never ever a Williamson’s 👎🏻) always have the card attached to the outer box in an envelope to prevent the obvious spillage that’s going to happen in transit. But overall, once the flowers were trimmed n cut and put in a lovely large vase, they were beautiful and can only improve once the closed buds open. Thank you, Serenata for the lovely flowers and for not being shy with the greenery (like a lot of others are - sticking the odd wee bit in). The greenery actually adds to the display when placed in all the right places in my opinion anyway, and I’m a fussy b***h when it comes to flowers, hence my initial reaction upon seeing them just out the box. Would I recommend Serenata? ABSOLUTELY. 100% and this is the company I will continue to use from now on, 🌺💐🌸🌷🌹🌼🌺

Not next day as advertised, when I contacted them I was told to read their terms and conditions pertinent to delivery. The fact that it's plastered all over their website as next day apparently doesn't factor into it.

Flowers didn't last long, lilies didn't open and they were dehydrated and squashed on delivery. Have had reduced flowers from a supermarket last much longer and look fresher. A lovely surprise to have some lockdown birthday flowers, but wouldn't use this company myself or recommend to others.

Flowers arrived flat and sparce and did not look anything like the photo online. I also added a card for an extra £3, which i might as well have printed myself on a cheap inkjet on toilet paper. Very disappointing

Used for years, but yesterday a failed delivery came through via email. Tried to find out what went wrong but unable to as the customer service link and tracking on the website fails. The recipient was my friend who had just lost er mum, she was in all day yesterday, but I still don't know if my gift will be delivered today as nothing was posted through her door. It is very embarrassing and I will not be using Serenta again and expect a refund for a failed delivery !!!!

** NEVER USE SERENATA FLOWERS AGAIN *** Terrible company - Purchased birthday flowers for delivery on 04.06 two days earlier. They message me on the day to say they could not fulfil the order, offered no reason why they couldn’t or other possible options. What an absolutely terrible, unprofessional shambolic company - WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. 0/10 - terrible service

Ordered weeks in advance for a friend's birthday bearing in mind covid disruptions. Flowers never arrived. Still waiting. Emailed asking to cancel/complain. Automated reply, no actual answer or resolution. 1st and last time I order from this company. AVOID! and go local if you can.

I ordered flowers for a special birthday, paying for early delivery. Although there were numbers of people around because there happened to be a local funeral at the time - and the recipient was standing at her from door at time of delivery - the courier left the flowers outside the back door of the wrong house, which was For Sale and empty and clearly numbered. When they were finally retrieved, 24 hours later and after heavy rain had damaged the box, they were in poor state. Definitely not worth the money spent on a poor service and unimpressive flowers. At least there was a prompt acknowledgement of my complaint.

Failed delivery. No telephone contact number. Refusal to refund. Refusal to acknowledge poor delivery service. Using current COVID guidelines incorrectly and as an excuse for poor delivery service. Poor understanding of English in e-mails. Extremely frustrating company to deal with - my advice is, don't use them.

Really pleased with the Letterbox Flowers I ordered for my sister. They were delivered okay and after speaking to her were exactly like the description. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to friends and family.
