“I cannot believe how these flowers came, heads fallen off, drooping, don’t buy them - received for my birthday from colleagues- awful! Looking at other reviews - I’m not alone, sent photo of the few ‘decent” flowers and was told they were ok! RUBBISH”

“Flowers arrived in a crushed box. Roses died with three days and all other flowers died with 7 days. I did complain about the quality of the flowers, however was told that I needed pictures of the dead flowers within 5 days of delivery. Obviously they were only ment to last 5days. £40 with of flowers dead. Supermarkets £10 flowers 12days on and still going. Do not use this company.”

“Having now read the reviews captured on this website, I wish I had not ordered flowers from this company. As with others, the flowers that arrived did not have any resemblance to those shown on the website. The Customer Service team continued to make excuses, saying that flowers can be substituted due to availability (which I understand). However, when the flower in question is the 'main' flower that forms part of the bouquet, then that is a bitter pill to swallow. Avoid like the plague!”

“Not really up to much. Roses never did anything other than wilt, the rest weren’t much better and in all only worth displaying for 5 days. Priced at £40 , that was a reduced price, would go elsewhere for better value.”

“Avoid.... Ordered vibrant Sorbet £24.99 was sent a cheap very disappointing bunch of £3.99 flowers.that I could of got at Tesco .no lily's in the flowers & no substitute for them . Contacted company to complain by email with pics to show how bad the flowers were & they keep asking for more pics pretending they haven't received any pics .... so please think again before anyone waste any money I am very disgusted at how they can get away with such a RIP off.”

“It took 5-6 days after ordering before delivery, Peony flowers were already open, Stock started to wilt day after delivery. Company were very unhelpful with our complaint, said it was 6 days after delivery before we contacted them and needed dated photos at 5 days post delivery! After countless emails with 5 different people, they refused to refer me to a manager and then just stopped responding. Certainly would NOT recommend this company”

“Ordered flowers two days ago to be delivered today for my sister's birthday. Used the tracker which said they were out for delivery today and would be delivered between 8am and 8pm. It's now almost midnight and guess what... no flowers! Tracker still says "out for delivery". Unless the delivery driver is still driving round in circles lost then I'm presuming they were never out for delivery in the first place! Either that or they're still still sitting in the van waiting for deliveries to be finish tomorrow... in which case I dread to think what state they will turn up in. Judging from other reviews on here, I'm not holding out much hope. I was going to order more flowers for an upcoming anniversary but definitely won't bother. I'll get some supermarket flowers instead - much cheaper, better quality and at least I know I'll have them on time!!”

“Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday when they arrived they look nothing like the picture on website. The bunch ordered had 13 flowers but only 10 arrived. Complain to company and they send another bunch. They arrived and are worse than the original bunch. Will not be using this company ever again”

“No complaints department or customer service department. The flowers on the website do not resemble what you get and no one to talk to if you have a problem. my friend paid £30 for a &3.99 bunch of shocking flowers dry and nothing like the picture she ordered”

“It’s the first time I have had flowers from hear. I was so please with the box until i opened it the flowers were of extremely poor Quality and nothing like the picture £24.99 no note on it just a stick hanging out totally dreadful and nowhere to speak with if you have a complaint Garage flowers £3.99 worth shocking”

“Usually pleased with the flowers...these were okay for three or four days. These photos are less than a week after delivery - they were £49.99...terrible waste of money. Roses all dead, freesias mostly gone over too.”

“Firstly flowers never arrived on date that was given secondly flowers were all dead as pic shows thirdly customer service is an email no one will speak to you please please do not go here for flowers you will be disappointed”

“Just received some flowers my partner ordered as a surprise for me,although I'm really pleased he was so thoughtful he was devastated at the state of them,he showed me a pic of what he ordered and I've got to say they are nothing like it,they are terrible,box also damaged but using yodel as a delivery compant I suppose we should be greatful they didnt end up over the fence,pointless contacting them judging by other reviews as it seems like they wont be bothered anyway...to avoid disappointment dont order from here”

“My family ordered an expensive bunch of flowers for my 60th when they arrived they looked like a small bunch of stems! Was so bad they went and bought a bunch of flowers from Tesco that looked 20 x better! Don’t waste your money!”

“I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mums 60th, when they arrived I was so shocked at how awful they were I thought they had got the order wrong, I contacted customer services and they told me there was nothing wrong with them, they have since ignored me and refuse to help. They are not cheap to buy and I had to go to Tesco to buy some flowers in the end because I was too embarrassed to give the ones I had bought from serenata. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.”

“I order flowers for my sisters 25th wedding anniversary. I received an email the following day saying that the flowers were at the local depot ready for delivery, that day between 8am and 8pm. After contacting them daily and given different answers each time. 5 days later they still had not arrived so i phoned and told them to keep the flowers as they were probably dead by now and the occasion had been and gone. Finally, and only because i said it was a complaint did someone offer to send out the flowers again, but I declined and asked for a full refund. I went onto Bunches website, ordered new flowers and they were delivered the following day.”

“My flowers looked okay on arrival but the roses died within three days and the rest of the flowers within five. Customer service asked for dated photographs of the flowers and as I had not thought to take photographs of the dead flowers would not do anymore about it. I felt they were overpriced and of poor quality and other flowers I had delivered at the same time lasted much longer. I would not recommend them to anyone.”
