“Please do not order from this company!!! £39.99 bouquet I ordered. Came a day late. And nothing like what I ordered. How embarrassing. No contact number to call them on!! Vile company.”

“The flowers were a day late & would have been OK if the Yodel delivery person hadn't left them on the doorstep in the sun with no notification... Disappointed & distressed as they were sent with love & happiness.... Also no card or message was included”

“It was my birthday on the 1st June and my husband asked our goddaughter to order some flowers for me for £25. The flowers ordered were the Vibrant Sorbet at £24.99. Order Reference 2210607768. Well when they arrived they certainly were not worth the £24.99 spent in money and my husband was very upset considering I had received four other bouquets today, one less in money from a well known supermarket and looks far superior. I am not only very disappointed but also upset for my husband as he always buys me beautiful flowers. I certainly won't be using your website for any flower deliveries that i may make in the future.”

“I ordered two bouquets of flowers from serenata, the first arrived on time and were well packaged, with a damp wrapping to keep them well while travelling, they lasted five days and were beautiful, the second arrived a day late, although customer service were quick to respond they didn't arrive until the next day, the box was damaged and there was no damp wrapping to keep the flowers healthy, they were already wilting upon arrival, they lasted two days, no offer was made of a future discount or replacement flowers. The prices are good but the late delivery and product not to the advertised standard spoilt it”

“Apart from not looking quite as nice as they did in the picture they did not last too well. Delivered on the Tue and come Sat they were fading. As they were for someone else it was very disappointing.”

“Horrendous experience. My mum ordered surprise flowers for my birthday since I was spending it alone in lockdown. When they arrived they looked nothing like the photo on their website. There were far fewer flowers, they weren't fresh, and they had brown marks all over the rose petals. The foliage leaves also had large brown/black marks and huge, noticeable insect bites. When I complained and sent photos, the only response I got was that the guard leaves were still on and that the flowers should look as expected when these were removed. No they didn't. There was no reference made to the fact that the flowers were brown all over and in the middle and not just on the outer guard leaves. They also didn't mention anything about the state of the foliage. Overpriced and poor quality. My mum was so upset and disappointed that she'd wasted her money on these and that these were my main birthday present. Please buy elsewhere. Even flowers for a few pounds from the supermarket are fresher, last longer and are far nicer than these.”

“I bought my girlfriend an expensive bunch of lowers for her 50th birthday in May 2020. They arrived when they should of, but the flowers were manky. After a lot of emails and them changing their minds, they agreed that they were not as good a quality as they should of been. So on 30th May 2020 I got a replacement sent. Half as many flowers and then at least half of those were leaves. The quality was better, but I have been ripped off. I spent £39.99 on a bunch and I could of gone to the local garage or supermarket and got a better bunch for a damn site cheaper. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy! I have added a pic so you can see what I got for my money :( Very dissatisfied with my purchase, and they know it!”

“Appalling value for money and the flowers arrived in a bad state and certainly weren't the buds they mention on the website (i.e. not fresh from the grower and shipped same day in my humble opinion). For £30 spent to get 3 short wilting roses, 3 carnations which were brown around the edges, 1 stem of lily (the only item in bud state) a small sprig of gypsophilia, a stem of miniature crythanthemum and a bit of greenery is a complete rip-off. More like what you would find at the end of the day on a garage forecourt... Utter scam”

“I’ve ordered the flowers (Moonlight roses) and a box of “luxury” chocolates for my mother. The chocolates were very small and far from being luxury. The flowers were half dead when they arrived and after 2 days they were ready to be binned. This company is a scam and a total waste of money.”

“They weren’t even in any water and wilted. Like the other reviewer said, you can buy better from a garage Terrible service and terrible quality I feel this company is ripping Vulnerable people off during this pandemic DO NOT BUY”

“£29.99 for the ‘Spring Time’ bunch of flowers, bought for my parent’s Ruby 40th wedding anniversary. They arrived with some of them dry and wilted, the bunch was in no way representative of the image on the website, it was half the size and the colours were completely different (see attached photos). They were more akin to a £10 bunch of flowers from a supermarket. I contacted Serenata Flowers customer service who were less than helpful, disagreeing with my dissatisfaction after I sent photographs of the flowers to them. They weren’t prepared to offer any reimbursement. Do not order and waste your money.”

“I ordered flowers for my mothers 87th birthday which arrived very late in the day. The vase and flowers were very mediocre for the money spent, the arrangement was jammed into the vase and looked like a child had put it together. Don't waste your money on this florist.”

“I recently received a delivery of a vase, flowers and teddy from my family following the birth of my first grandchild the vase was in splinters all over the contents the vase was in one wrap of bubble wrap it should be at least in polystyrene I contacted the company and they were not interested I am so disappointed I advise never to use them”

“Everything. My Husband had used the company before so they seemed an obvious choice to send Flowers to my Mother in Law. We ordered on a Wednedsay for delivery by the Friday. They were finally delivered a week later some dead and most past their best. Correspondence with Serenata was prompt but not once did I receive a sincere or clear reply as to why the error had occurred. I was offered a measly £2. 50 refund but am trying to claim a further refund as after such appalling service.”

“A “Roses and Lily Super Luxury” bouquet arrived 27 May with every single rose head drooping! If I had had the opportunity of first seeing the litany of disappointing reviews I would have avoided Serenata Flowers. Unless I receive fresh replacement roses in time for our occasion I will be contacting eflorest recommending they delete Serenata from their list.”

“Ordered 2 lots of flowers for 2 different people. Both were delivered to one address. I had proof of confirmation for both addresses and yet the reply they gave me was that they only had received one address-rubbish! I sent a reply with a copy of both confirmation emails clearly showing 2 different addresses. Rubbish service, do not use!”
