Let's talk about the good first - flowers arrived on time and look stunning. Unfortunately though there is more bad than good: 1. Card was badly creased and message insinde was on a sticker that was haphazardly stuck in with little or no care. 2. Ordered chocolate with the flowers (they were for our 15th wedding anniversary) and this was never delivered! 3. Struggling to make a complaint as there is no phone number and the customer contact options don't clearly cover this issue 4. Awful communication post order and pre-delivery - I only received the order confirmation 45 minutes prior to the flowers being delivered and never received a dispatch or delivery confirmation. That said, it's a lovely bouquet and my wife was happy (she doesn't know about the missing chocolate) so mission accomplished I suppose.

""Customer service very difficult to communicate or raise concerns with. Not easily found information, if at all, on the website regarding the number of stems in deluke or grandissimo bunch of flowers, but very easy to pay extra. I paid for a vase and teddy bear but only received a vase despite paying for both. Raised the issue with customer services and got an automated response twice to little effect and very impersonal, leaving me with the impression the are only concerned with sales and not customer services. I was asked to take a photo of the Teddy I didn't receive. How???? There is a tracking option but it is not updated so is useless. Flowers arrived on time but paid extra. Flowers were nice and lasted 8 days but every time I looked at them it reminded me how disappointed I was with customer services.

Not happy as the plant was packed upside down!!! The basket was empty and the dirt in the box. Not good.

""Flowers were delivered to wrong address. Two roads away from the correct one! Fortunately the owners of the house where they were left found out where the correct recipients lived and took them to right place. As they were a surprise, it is only their honesty that resulted in the flowers reaching the rightful destination. A shame as I understand they were beautiful if a little tired.

Flowers arrived on time but some were in full bloom and after a couple of days are dwindling, the others are just opening. Not impressed. Won't use again.

The flowers looked very cheap like something youd get from asda for a fiver. Picture showed them very wide open bunch which wasnt the case at all in reality. Purchased the balloon also. The image led me to believe it was a full size helium balloon. Instead it was a 4 inch diameter balloon on a stick. Also the card that was supposed to come with it.. wasnt in the bunch.. wasnt card.. it was a piece of paper at the bottom of the box.. delivery was on time however..

The flowers were wilted and brown round the edge of the petals. Looked nithing like what was advertised. Not very happy

"The flowers that arrived (very late in the day) were already going brown and dying, with lots of petals already falling off. They did not look like the picture at all. Disappointing for the money and wish I had stuck to my normal supplier."

Very disappointed, flowers were delivered in a box, by a carrier not the usual florist's van. on opening i was really let down by the condition of the white roses as they were nearly all brown around the edges of the petals. absolute rubbish in my opinion will certainly not use again.

The floral display was much smaller than I imagined and the flowers didn't look as fresh as I would have liked, so overall value for money was put in my opinion

Flowers were not delivered on time. They were two days late. Recipient had to meet the truck to receive the flowers. They advertise that they deliver some where and they do not

I ordered the flowers for our anniversary to arrive on Sunday 27th August. As we were staying at the Cameron House Hotel I got them sent there. Got a message back saying the courier could not find the address as it was incomplete. I filled it in correctly using the drop down address finder on the website but the system edited that to Alexandria G83 8QZ. I replied to the email only to be told that I HAD MADE A MISTAKE - wrong!!! I asked them for my money back but they said as I had got it wrong they would not refund my money, even though the moment had passed. The money is irrelevant it is more the fact that they accused me of getting it wrong when it was their system. We were only staying one night so I asked for it to be delivered by 9am the next morning only to be told that it was a bank holiday. Not in Scotland it wasn't and the last time I looked, Cameron House Hotel is still in Scotland. I asked for it to be redirected to my house and was told it would come Wednesday. I then got an email saying that it would be delivered Tuesday. So is it Tuesday or Wednesday? Which day am I supposed to hang around for a bunch of flowers that are too late anyway. I would not have written such a bad review if they had just apologised and said they got it wrong instead of accusing me. It would have been nice to get some sort of recognition for their errors in the way of an apology or a box of chocolates or a wine gum- anything. Bad service all round and badly handled when it started to go wrong.

Flowers, could not deliver, have sent mobile phone number to you, have you used it to talk to flowerrecipient? but still have not heard if flowers have been delivered. Not really your fault though, but I will have lost my money by now.

Great website, easy to order but when the flowers arrived five buds were broken - they were for my sisters first wedding anniversary, very disappointed. For the price I paid would of expected perfect flowers

The flowers were half dead. Had no flower food. I'll be surprised if they last 2-3 days. It was my partners birthday who was a florist who educated me on how bad they was. White petals already going brown. Disappointed
