“The flowers were half dead. Had no flower food. I'll be surprised if they last 2-3 days. It was my partners birthday who was a florist who educated me on how bad they was. White petals already going brown. Disappointed”

“I found the order system inflexible and it was extremely frustrating that no communication was possible. The system did not recognise the (correct) address I entered and I had to choose one of the alternatives offered which I knew was wrong. I assumed it would be possible to advise the correct address somewhere in the process but it wasn't, and I had an anxious time wondering what was going to happen to the flower delivery. In the event flowers were delivered to the wrong address and the recipient had to collect them which rather spoilt the effect. I would not use this service again.”

“When ordering the flowers I chose a specific Bouquet mainly due to the colours and while I appreciate it will not be exactly as the picture I would expect the coulours to at least be the same. I ordered a bouquet for a colleagues birthday And chose pink with some whites but when they were delievered ended up with peach and purple ? I feel this is quite disappointing.”

“The plant arrived in a bedraggled state. Half of one side seemed to be nearly dead. Also I couldn't use the discount code on checkout. It is supposed to be refunded after delivery was made but hasn't been so far. I have used Serenata before and always been very satisfied indeed - but not this time . Very disappointing.”

“Flowers arrived ok. Caused major upset as addressed to the wrong recipient (deceased) despite the order saying otherwise. Had a vague apology blaming everyone but themselves. Won't use again. Still waiting for a refund to compensate.”

“Flowers were fine but the vase arrived smashed and their customer service won't replace it. They did offer a refund, but their policy is not to offer a replacement when things are broken. So now I have to order again from someone else. Very dissatisfied overall.”

“My plant arrived damaged so I asked for a new one. Although next day I received a new plant, it was a late delivery and the plant itself was much smaller in size. Also, they advertise message cards on high quality paper. Absolutely not. It's a folded sheer piece of paper with low quality print, not worth a penny. I was refunded for not being happy with my plant, but it's the principle that matters. Next time I'll buy it in a local supermarket for much cheaper and still better quality. Disappointed.”

“Lovely flowers. I know you pay extra for what time they get delivered but I think after 5 too late a service. This meant my gf didn't recieve her birthday flowers until the next day. The balloon was completely deflated.”
