“I ordered a bicycle helmet that specially fit MY head shape, and could not be found in the US. Originally, the order received had an error, but after contacting Customer Service, it was quickly corrected. The new item shipped immediately and they immediately refunded my return shipping charges. Great customer service and communications. I would have rated them "VERY GOOD" if it hadn't been for the initial error in the order.”

“I received the product and it was well packaged etc. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong product for my pedals (ordered the after 2014 version when I should have ordered the pre-2014 model) so I can't test it out but it does seem like a great and easy to use product.”

“i ordered a service kit for my forks although delivery was a little slow as they were out of stock.. but im very happy with my purchase and wouldnt hesitate to shop with them again. customer services were great and kept me informed what was going on”

“Hello ... Norfolk Island in the south pacific ocean on the east coast of Australia is a little isolated and difficult to find at times... Advising item has not arrived at the destination. now in human hands. Hi ... was notified on Saturday 26th... due to local restrictions was able to retrieve package, Tuesday 29th March... Contemplated ticking very good, however others have let u down slightly. Thank u ... first impressions of my choice of purchase is OK to good, meaning glasses. Helmet pads excellent replacement... little disappointed in having to go so far afield for such a responsible/important replacement (just whinging for no reason)”
