“Item arrived within the time expected and was well packed. The pkg contained all items expected however the items did not come with directions for use of the items contained making it near impossible to use without much thought and trial and error. Not Sewoong's fault but Topeak should include directions in English.”

“Cap - Good quality with sewing Logo Vest - Good quality but Logo was printed instead of sewing Packing - Poor to me because packed in zip block bags Delivery - Payments on 18Jan17 , Received on 07Feb17 (20days) Average to me as I received it without any damage or missing parts. “Sewoong International was the only online shop I could find who still had the superb Profile Design Razor Carbon aero-seatpost. Due to the possibility to pay via paypal, it was shipped quickly. But at least for overseas shipping, it is better to take a carton as a packing.”

“Item arrived earlier than I had anticipated. Sadly product quality may be of questions. The left mirror fell off after the 2nd trip . It was installed by the bike shop so hopefully workmanship was up to par.”

“When I placed the order I didn't realise the company was outside the UK. However the estimated delivery time was shown as 5 - 10 working days and sure enough my order arrived on day 10. If I had know the goods were coming from abroad I may have thought twice, but I need not have worried. The item arrived within the stated time, is exactly as described and was a good deal cheaper than other sites. With free shipping! I will use them again. Only reason I haven't given a higher rating is the length of delivery time. But offset that against the saving in the price.”

“Took 7 business days as expected. Box arrived and it looked as if it had been run over by a truck. I was quite concerned! Fortunately, it was in perfect condition the inside.”
