“Ordered and received a Cinelli frame and Shimano brake levers and brake calipers, paid direct by card not PayPal. They have competitive prices on a lot of hard to get or otherwise unavailable things, with cheap or free delivery. The frame came from USA to Aus via Sth Korea in 5 weeks, very well packaged in original box. That was 2 weeks longer than advised, and communication response was slow, but updates were given after 2 days, and item was tracked with UPS. So very happy with what I ordered and received, having regard to the pricing and lack of availability elsewhere. Would use again provided I’m not in a hurry. The site is genuine with good if slow service, compared to CRC or Wiggle.”

“I bought a rare bicycle derailleur and added a cheap mirror to get free shipping, both items listed as in stock. Weeks later, the items were still listed as in "processing" stage, but upon emailing the seller, Sewoong International, they replied the items were actually shipped, without tracking. Waited another week, contacted the seller again, - they suggested to FedEx the derailleur for free, but said that the mirror was not in stock (still listed as in stock on their web page). I did not care about the mirror. They refunded me for the mirror, and International FedEx-ed the derailleur - came quickly. Great new derailleur, installed a day later! The original shipment they had sent two months later still never actually came. Since no tracking, unsure what happened to it. I would use the seller again, if no rush or with FedEx delivery.”

“Even with getting the product from Europe and the shipping to the US, it got here. A little slow but SI came through as it is difficult to obtain these handlebars in California...so, a job well done! Love these bars, thankyou.”
