“My order was processed quickly and there were no problems with the delivered item. I picked the standard mail option as I didn't need it in a hurry. It turned out that tracking is a bit hit and miss with this option but it arrived ok. I will certainly look at using Bicycle Hero for future purchases.”

“Not the speediest transcontinental delivery ever: But, my item did arrive in good condition, and was very reasonably priced in the first instance. I would use this supplier again but allow more time ahead of the delivery. Generally good service and would recommend this company.”

“I RECIEVED MY PACKAGE AND IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED. IT DID TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THAN I HAD EXPECTED BUT THEN AGAIN, IT WAS COMING BY BOAT APPARENTLY SO IT MADE SENSE.”

“The bike light I ordered arrived fine and was exactly what I expected. However, it took 10 business days to arrive from overseas. I originally chose bicyclehero.com because they listed an address in the U.S. and I thought it would just be domestic shipping and only 2-3 days.”
