“Great price. Delivery time as expected. Unit had German outlet prongs rather than North American. There was no indication in product description, but I only use the USB anyway. Now I'm set for electronics recharging if I ever go to Europe.”

“I didn't receive my original order and so I contacted the customer service team. I received a reply that they were checking on my order and within the next seven days I finally received my package. “I ordered a MTB tyre from Bicycle Hero. It arrived in good condition and it was the correct product that I ordered. The only downside was that the order took 30 days to arrive to Australia from Korea, when the website indicates 10-14 days delivery. Bicycle Hero customer support responded within 24 hours when I emailed them to ask why it was taking so long. Overall it was a good service, but slower shipping than promised. If they improve dispatch efficiency then I would give 5 stars instead of 4. Thank-you.”

“My order had an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days. It showed up on day 15. That is not great but not terrible (considering it comes from Korea). The age of amazon has spoiled us so just be patient when ordering from this site.”

“Looking for a very special detail for my bike I could only find it at Sewoong in the whole www. Price was quite high, but delivery (across half world to Germany) and quality of the product (made in Germany) were excellent. Golo”
