I was a bit disappointed in the individual performance of the sherpa that ran through trials for me, he was lucky to have Jobe carry him, but beggars can't be choosers, I guess. I'm honestly just grateful that he was able to get me through this.

Unfortunately, the order took a while to get acknowledged/started (9 days) even after chatting with customer support. My order "fell through the cracks" which was abnormal for this service site.”
“I've used Sherpas for both raid runs and a couple Crucible quests. For raid runs I typically request the same Sherpa (Ghostface), who's always on top of the purchase, timely in response, lets me know when he's jumping on/off, and I've gotten to know him pretty well. For the 2 crucible purchases I've made, both were completed the same day but I didn't receive a notice of start/completion. However, I know crucible is a different animal altogether, and both were finished day-of so I can't complain. Overall, fantastic group of players who know their stuff.”
