“I've used their services in the past for raids, and back when trials was actually a part of Destiny 2. My sherpa is always quick to complete orders, and communicates via text or email to give me updates. Certain orders lately have taken a bit longer than usual, but I attribute that to the lull the game currently finds itself in. Otherwise, fantastic service, and pretty reasonable prices as of late!”
“The Sherpas are great there needs to be better communication between Sherpa and account owner when doing recoveries. The customer service sucks. Asking for assistance and actually getting assistance are two different things. The Sherpas do an amazing job but the customer service needs alot of work and more discounts need to be offered many Sherpas offer much better offers directly than via website. There needs to be a better means for returning customers. Overall I'll still be using this service helps out alot!”

You can get to know your Sherpa and request him or her every time. They are able to work with you on your schedule and will always complete you desired order on time.
I would only say that the only set back from all Guardian services is that there are many out in the wild and charge different prices but don't always deliver the same results. With SOD I was always pleased with there services and ability to communicate with customers.”
