“My only feedback is the wait time. My order was completed 16hrs later. I know the site says up to 24hrs, hopefully in the future that can be narrowed down. Rae was great to work with and will consider Rae for future purchases.”

“On the whole, a great service. I think it was Rob or Ron that contacted me and told me he was taking care of my order, which was good. (He said Ron in the first message, and Rob in another message). My only complaint was that I asked to be able to go to the lighthouse myself in my order, but all the gear and adept mod were already in my inventory when I logged in afterwards. This isn’t the end of the world though. Overall, very happy with it.”
“They achieved my ultimate goal with was getting to the light house but they didn't talk at all. I wonder how they communicated. I was in a discord with one and his mic was muted and the other one was invited but never joined. I hoped to possibly learn a little.
But like I said they took to the light house like I paid for.”
“Sherpa met or surpassed every expectation on performance. Quick, easy, and goal accomplished. My one complaint (and it IS a small one!), is that my set-up was altered on my character (totally understandable), but wasn't changed back, which ended up requiring me to spend ten minutes figuring out what got changed (I never change my settings). Small thing, but five stars requires perfection and this fell slightly short. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to use the service in the future.”
“I had multiple sherpas who were all really solid players carrying me to flawless, the first sherpa backed out last minute but customer service was quick to sort me out with other sherpas to get me flawless. After awhile however they carried me there and now i have my adept messenger. Cheaters did delay my run to the lighthouse but i understand there isnt much to help with those scenarios. But other than those small delays, these sherpas are insanely good players and will get you flawless. Big respect to the customer service for finding me the new sherpas and fitting it into my time frame.”
