“Cimbol took over for ExtremIzm for my order, and he was communicative and completed it fast once he started.
The only issue is that originally I was promised it would be done within 3 hours, but then he did not even login until 2.5 hours later and then I saw he logged off within the hour. I received a text from Cimbol after who was much more informative about what was going on, however once again made promises about time that wasn't upheld until the afternoon of the next day.
In the end of the day, I didn't mind that it ended up being the day after in the afternoon but when they promised a certain time limit it set expectations for when it would be completed and was let down multiple times.”
We are looking to improve our speed back to as it was after a crazy weekend of volume we weren't prepared for, we know we could have done better with how it was handled but are making changes this week to make sure we keep the same standard of service people have come to know from Sherpas of Destiny!

“Over all I am definitely happy what I ordered took a little longer than I was hoping but it was a trial weekend I can understand trials taking president due to the fact it only takes place on weekends. I personally think the cost of a basic proffesy run costs to much but other than that I like what I see. I will most likely be making a trial order soon and hope I will get the same good service as my last order keep up the good work.”
