Just purchased and paid for 2 items and both buyers have cancelled with no reason! Pointless!!

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. 0 stars if I could as it is so unfair on sellers as I have wasted my p&p money and time. Not to mention the buyer returned my product broken but shpock has refunded him his full amount and i am stuck with a damaged item and wasted my money and time on this rubbish scamming site. Disgusting.

Customer service is terrible , I have emailed them 4 times over 5 days and no reply. I placed an advert with a bump promotion for £9.99 , they have taken the payment but my advert has been removed completely and no one is solving the issue. What a rubbish service.

Wow, I can’t believe how bad the reviews are? I’ve been using this app since the covid situation kicked in and was forced to close my store, I’ve had around 200 sales so far, great customer service from a lady called Lucia. Regarding the people wanting everything for nothing I keep seeing people say, there’s a setting where you can block offers to whatever limit you want. All round, I think it’s great it’s paid my mortgage and allowed me to carry on my business.

I placed an ad with Shpock and immediately paid ££7.99 to 'bump' (promote) the ad. Shpock cancelled the ad immediately stating later that they don't accept ads for that type of product. My ad never appeared yet they took my £7.99 for promoting it. I have been communicating with their Customer services for weeks now (they take about 7-10 days to reply to each message). All they keep saying is that under their T&Cs bump fees are non refundable. I am livid about this because they have taken my money and delivered no service in return. This is theft! I suggest you avoid this company at all costs. If you have a problem, they are not interested in resolving it and do little more except make themselves impossible to contact. In all a terrible company!!

Worst platform i have ever come across. They remove items without explanation and do not reply to any emails at all. I wish someone would shut them down

I’ve been using Sphock for just over week , and I’m contemplating deleting it . It just harbours a load of crazy time wasters who want your stuff for next to nothing . You get the irritating ones who ask for loads of pictures or ask loads of questions and have no intention of buying ! They have no regard for your time , I’m literally considering just putting it on eBay . Whilst you have to pay a fee , it’s better run and there’s sanctions in place for those idiotic time wasters who have no regard for your time.

Allowing fraudulent sales to take place, from criminals that fake there identity and use multiple ids, and then completely ignore complaints made by the victim, suspend the happy criminal with fake details, and the process repeats. I and many others have been scammed, and still loads of adverts on site. See a few photo shots of my own investigations, many more available

Used to be an easy on the eye app but now it keeps shoving Instagram (which i dont want) under my nose or me to volunteer. Because I want neither, I cant get on the site!

A bunch of idiots , I have been selling on here and have had two decent buyers that have collected and paid in full but the rest have been chancers , two weeks ago they restricted my account I emailed to ask why and I was sent an email said they would get back to me still 5 weeks later no response . I again emailed them today to cancel my account and they emailed me back stating emailing them multiple can slow down your enquiry . its been 5 weeks now how much slower can you get , just cancel my account as its a bloody headache .

I’m a Live in Carer. I have things up for sale and I replied back to someone stating I am away for 2 weeks as I don’t work in my area I live In. I then get a message saying if I don’t reply back to the the customer I’ll have my ad removed. I then messaged shpock stating I have replied back and that I am away for 2 weeks... they still removed my ad! I will not be using this site again, if my ads are just going to get removed for being a Live in Carer. Disgusting behaviour. I wouldn’t even give you a star if I could

I deleted my account years ago. They do nothing to penalise time wasters. I got stood up several times by a time waster and spent hours waiting for her but she never turned up on agreed day and time. So when I re-listed the item, my account was blocked. Thus Schpock encourages time wasters. Customer service rude and awful. As soon as they unblocked me I asked them to delete my account, which also took ages and numerous emails. Stay clear these people are just awful

Awful service. I have sold an item on sphock. Sent it by recorded delivery, uploaded proof of delivery. One week later the money was still in my sphock wallet as pending even though the buyer had acknowleged receipt in a message over 5 days ago. The buyer has now changed there mind and have asked to return the item. Sphock have emailed me with an outcome to issue a full refund to the buyer without them even returning the item because they had seen I had messaged the buyer to agree to the return. They want me to contact the buyer and arrange for him to return the item myself, even though they have no incentive to do so as their money has already been refunded. I am now down £50 and without my item. Never again.

I’m having problems with verification code which I never received. I contacted support a week ago - no reply, 3 days ago - no reply and yesterday - still no reply. I do not think they care about New and existing customers!

Waste of money !! I bought a perfume, supposed to be genuine, I received fake, send it back and the seller disappeared !! They can't find her, I'm not getting my money back, but when you buy they charge you more and say "your money are protected " !! People can sell rubbish and just disappear. Do not buy from Angela W. If you ever seen her on sphock !!

Can not ask seller questions or see answers to questions as ads are covering this part, emailed Shpock but as yet no answer Does anyone else have this problem with ads. I’m not going to pay 9.99 each months to remove ads
