“It was a big move ..... I was packed up and unpacked .... and the young men Worked so hard. They were professionals... my family heirlooms arrived Safely, including a grandfather clock.”

“Very efficient. We had two houses to move into one on different days including a period in storage. The move, spread over two days, went without a hitch. The removal lads were really helpful and good humoured. I would certainly use Simply Removals again.”

“My 2nd move with these people involved damage to my blu ray player and the theft of an oyster card. I would never use them again ever. The removal men complained about having to move me to an upper maisonette which I had made clear on the booking and were generally unhelpful and rude.”

“Efficient cost effective service. I was impressed with the speed of service. However, the two removal guys were not very friendly and openly frustrated about some of our minor directions over the removal process. I will be trying a different removal firm next time.”

“Drivers were very rude. Miss behaved. There was strong smell of alcohol from one of the drivers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Simply removals.”

“Horrendous moving experience. The team were lovely guys helpful and polite but the team leader was rude arrogant and argumentative. They had a real easy drop off as our stuff was going to a store age unit but the team leader would not place boxes as we requested into areas and just piled everything in willy nilly. There was even a chest of drawers stood on top of a TV screen!. To top it all they placed the hot tub in the front of the unit and we couldn't get in to collect all of our boxes. Never ever again!!!”

“Poor packing of larger items Lost a microwave, part of a garden table and folding shelves for inside cupboards. Slid a box across my new table. To hard to claim”

“Removal from my home to storage and storage to home was punctual. However, staff were not that eager to assist me with re assembly as it should have been. Also not enough protection was used in storage for my furniture. I was not pleased and disappointed with service given when moving into my new home. I also feel we were over charged as we had to pay again from storage to new home which was NOT explained when booking your service”
