The worst!!! 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong or gets cancelled after waiting an hour or more for the food.

I placed an order and upon receiving it I noticed one of the items was not cooked (chicken). I immediately contacted skip support and the best they could offer was a 50% refund on that item. I would have expected that item to be refunded in full considering I could not eat it.

Over the past few month this service was gone way down. Missing food, long wait times, food not delivered etc which I get happens but their customer service is the worst. Log a complaint they just throw a $5 credit at you and end the chat. Recently a friend had her food not delivered, she re-ordered, logged a complaint, the staff ended the chat and then told the diver to dispose of the food. Luckily the diver was just outside and she did get her food but that just seemed ridiculous. Maybe the staff are super overloaded but still, so many other food delivery apps out there to give your business too.

This is the second time in a month when Skip has made our family angry for the absolute WORST customer experience. I will now remove the app and NEVER use them again! Both times they delayed the orders over 90 minutes and did not even notify us. We attempted to reach them and got no response. When they finally responded, they provided a ridiculous apology and a $5 credit....AS IF!!!!

I ordered 3 times and there was a problem for 2 of the orders. First time I had to wait for 1 hour and still no delivery. I called the restaurant and they said. We don't work with skipthedishes anymore... We ask them to remove us from their website but they don't. 2nd problem: after 1 hour the food was supposed to be delivered but no food at the door. I contacted the customer service. They said they are going to process a refund. After 2 weeks still no refund. I contacted them via email but no answer. I contacted them via the app and they said it's refund see with your bank. I never had this issue with any other company. I looked at their facebook page and many people didn't get any refund. Look at the comments on their FB page That the worst company in terms of service and they lie to their customers...

90% of the time the food is cold cause the drivers sit in restaurant parking lot for almost an hour talking to other drivers which I’ve caught red handed. The get lost and drive the wrong way. I’ve had it at least 5 times where they have driven out of town and like 2 cities over. I even had it where the driver picked up my food and parked around the corner from my work for over 15 minutes

I recently discovered over 9 SkipTheDishes charges on my credit for over a 3 day period, during which I hadn't used their services. Their response, to say the least, was less than impressive. After being initially told that it wasn't their problem and to take it up with my bank, they agreed to investigate. I subsequently received an e-mail saying they had had technical difficulties, were sorry for the problem with my order (there was no order!) and they agreed to reimburse me and give me a $20 credit. This is a ridiculous response to what was clearly fraudulent activity. I'll never use them again.

Just to warn everyone using skip, you have a limited amount of refunds allowed REGARDLESS OF IF ITS SKIPS OR THE RESTAURANTS FAULT, once you hit that limit, you will never get a refund for any reason again, and they give you an automatic message anytime you have an issue. I live in an apartment building of over 20 people, I have not received orders because the driver couldn't read my instructions or number, OR the restaurant would completely mess up entirely, I had an order from a local McDonald's I brought up to them as unedible and had a serious safety concern with their food because of the taste, Skip didn't care, didn't follow up with the restaurant, nothing was done. I have 80 dollars go down the drain and felt horrible that other people may get sick eating food. SKIP. DOES. NOT. CARE. ABOUT. ITS. CUSTOMERS.

Food showed up 1hr and 45 minutes later cold and had to discard and was only.offered 50% back of the 100% I had to toss. Terrible customer service.

Drivers take my food with them and go to other stops. Walk across my lawn and broke my retaining wall. Never knock, leave food and run. Customer service is even worse. Drivers: Don't ever expect a good tip until the service is better.

We'll order pizza for the two little girls we got a texted saying the order was delivered which it didn't we did not receive it then we called customer service We were transferred to three different peopleAnd we asked for money to be transferred back into our account and they left the chat we haven't heard from themI don't know and I'm sorry to say this but skip the dishes sucks and I will never ever would have been them again

Your drivers are nothing but lying lazy lazy people I drove I drove 900 km kilometers home To order some food and relax and and then your driver didn't want to drive to where I lived So he said he delivered it Burdette and then when I got on the chat line the more on there who I would love to punch in the face said I should learn how to enter the correct info into the order Anyways you can pretty much say I will never use your business agais your business again and I will do everything I can to deter people from using you have a nice day

Horrible service. Must have talked to 100 people trying to get a refund for a negligent skip driver who dropped the food off at the wrong house. Now we’re on the hook for the entire meal amount. The customer chat listened to what I had to say then simply said we can’t help you and disconnected. Never order from skip ever!

Skip the Dishes switch drivers all the time in the middle of the delivery. It sucks cause you have to eat. They make you wait for so long. They horrible food service. I will use Uber Eats from now on.

This happened a while back but I realized recently, that I should share. I received a plate full of pubic hairs, from a pizza place likely as retaliation for the 4 star rating I gave them. I informed Skip The dish and they sent me a long sarcastic message telling me they were unable to meet my, world class standards and ending our relationship. Since, then when I would try to order, my order looked like it went through but I waited hours and it never arrived. I would contact Skip The Dish, the reps would mock me, saying things like, lol and? okay.. so what. etc. then ignore me. Later I would get a refund, so I was essentially banned for receiving a plat filled with pubic hairs, and even provided a picture.
