I have cancelled and returned the equipment, still I have been charged with £115 for the equipment. When i spoke to the customer services, after an hour discussion, i was told they will refund in 3-5 working days. Still no refund and today I spent another 30 min on the call. Someone saying the same. The call center in India is not working well. So.done even advised me that I can go to the bank and ask for £100 until it is refunded by Sky. Seriously!!!! Is that what you tell your customer when you by mistake take the money from customers account?? I called again today, i had to go through three different people. What a waste of time.

Expensive, too many repeats, terrible customer service and will do anything to make it extremely difficult to terminate a contract. Customer service agent had Glaswegian accent which was impossible to understand. Stay well away!

Absolute rip off!!! They get you to join at a minimum cost then secretly add£££ onto your next bills! £58 my bill was and I live alone and hardly only watch television on an evening

Internet dropped down to 4mps. Tried numerous times to phone, and the automated service kept saying I couldn't get BT sports. Seriously what the hell has that got to do with broadband failure. Then tried twitter, and all I asked for was a number to speak to an actual human. They kept saying go online and follow the steps. I replied it wasn't working because of the slow speed. Only when I threatened to leave their service did I get any real help. Incredibly unprofessional and anything but customer service.

I would give SKY less than 1 if I could, an ongoing situation, requested a PAC code to move a mobile number. Six weeks having SKY supposedly deal with it, automated service on the web does not work, spoke to SKY numerous times now, no action or resolve. A TOTALY USELESS COMPANY. I am sick and fedup with SKY prebious broadband had 1.87 mB DOWLOAD, SO MOVED TO FUL fttp GURANTEED TO BE 500Mb but only get b51mB??? Why. Useless -useless company

Absolutely awful took out the ultrafast broadband with a garunteed speed which I didn't get so should receive a refund for what I had paid so far. I then tried to resolve the issue with someone on the phone which they had no interest in helping so I explained and cancelled it. Since then I have not received a refund and also got charged an extra month! When I called about this issue I got a refund but not for the correct amount because they wouldn't refund the first month that was down to bad Internet as apparently on their end it was ok. The customer service on the phone had not been great either both times and I WOULD NOT recommend this company to someone I dislike.

Really poor customer service from sky mobile. They sold me a a brand new samsung galaxy phone, then when it went wrong told me to take it to a post office and send it back to them, so that i would be without a phone for god knows how long. Do not go with Sky mobile they are really poor once they have your money. stay with Tesco mobile much better.

I would like to thank Josh ( Sky service engineer)for his true professionalism from start to finish ,now my broadband runs like a dream fantastic service I would recommend Sky to everyone Back up awesome and if all people were like Josh with regards to work etiquette and dedication in regards to not giving up and finding the answer no other broadband would be considered

Spoke to Sky in December reference an increase in are direct payments as they had increased by £4.40 a month after speaking to a customer advisor who said they don’t have to now inform you of increase or tv packages going up or offers coming to an end. Also advised they do this all the time and customers don’t notice I find this totally unacceptable and have now stopped the direct debit and been told I can’t do this untill my contract ends I told them they broke the contract by putting my bill up and not advising of this

Had Sky Glass , 2 days in it said no internet connection , basically sky told me , my broadband not fast enough to run the tv and all other devices in the house at same time . My broadband is the best in my area , when I asked y I wasn’t told this , the told me I should of been told about the broadband when I phoned to place the order , needless to say it is going back , very disappointing Sky I have been a customer for over 18 years , so be careful people before buying this product .

WHY IS SKY’S QUALITY OF HD and UHD SUCH POOR QUALITY? I have a keen eye and enjoy the sharp detail of HD and UHD over, you may have properly seen examples of TRUE HD and UHD and may have been impressed? So why is sky’s out put of their HD and UHD content of such poor quality, turned down, lacks sharpness detail and vibrant colour schemes compared to content from Nexfix or Amazon for example? Is it because down the line 8k is coming and their need to blur the present content down further year after year to make 8k look impressive. Some HD content looks 50% better than some UHD content on sky? Think we are being taken for mugs.

sky is one of the worse companies i have ever dealt. i dread dealing with them . Try to get through to them is a nightmare and getting passed their automated messages is torture. Been waiting a month to get by system fixed, 3 times i have been speaking to sky and get cut off midway through conversations The sky domestic insurance gives you nothing. Sky should not get away with this standard of service its shocking and drives you mad. Don't use Sky

Sky Q is just no good, its not as good as the older system, is not as user friendly and i have had loads of problems with downloading programmes, just dont bother spending the money until they sort it out

Our sky broadband decided to go down on monday morning and still has not come back today which is thursday. I phoned them yesterday to find out the problem and was told it was a problem with the line which is not true because our neighbours are on the exact same line and have had no problems. I was then told it would be gone for another 3 days and someone would be out to fix the problem and their solution was to send out a new modem. On completion of said phonecall I then found I was charged 25 to listen to some person tell me a bunch of lies. 6 years I am with sky broadband now and this is how they treat their customers. Absolute disgrace

Had problem with sky mini box so phoned up and was talked through how to fix it. I spoke to person named Stuart who was extremely helpful and he took his time talking through what I needed to do. Good customer service. 👍

UNPROFESSIONAL-RIPPING OFF AWFUL SERVICE, I INTRODUCED A FRIEND TO SKY AND THEY DID NOT PAY ME £75.00 ...CALL CENTRE AGENT USLESS, KEPT ON SAYING HE CANNOT HELP AS THE CODE WAS GENERATING ON THE SKY SYSTEM BUT THERE SYSTEM ERROR, THIS IS A TRAP FOR NOT TO PAY CUSTOMERS ,ATTROCIOUS SERVICE...THEY SCAM PPL FOR THERE MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT DELIVERY. WORSE SERVICE EVER. NOT WORTH THE 1 STAR! THATS TOO MUCH

Service is just getting worse and worse apps are starting to not load when connected to wifi but as soon as I go onto phone data loads straight away. Constantly getting kicked out of games when playing online ps4 to the point it's actually becoming a bloody joke and I'm not the only person having this problem so would suggest getting internet from elsewhere
