We talked to customer help line with a man named David despite me having health issues he was was very patient he obviously new all of Sky products and spent the time I needed to sort out my problem Thank you David hope I get to chat to you soon

worse than terrible! they never resolve the issue of reliable connectivity or its simply down !

Sky service tv broadband / mobile all rubbish we pay good money for what rubbish services you phone complain still nothing and why a film comes out on sky cinema then there charge you for it with old movies ie bad boys for life there charge you for it hmmm why

I have been without a phone for over a month now After numerous phone calls from my mobile to sky to try to get this problem solved I am getting nowhere they just keep fobbing me off with it will be reviewed again in 5 days the 5 days pass and no info regarding when the problem will be sorted Say they will call me back with update about the situation no phone call my neighbours phones are working they are not with sky I have been a loyal customer for many years they don’t have a VIP service infact they don’t have a basic service I feel annoyed and let down and would recommend trying another company other than sky

Well where do I begin with, I order broadband & talk at the beginning of march. So I thought great I am getting Internet, getting all excited. Then! That's when I started getting delay after delay for a good month straight saying openreach didn't have the equipment in place for me to go live. I live in a flat and it took them nearly over a month to tell me my order got cancelled 2 weeks prior into ordering with them. I would stay well away from sky.

Boxing match for tyson fury on sat 23 april no price displayed at how much the fight will cost to watch Thinking it would be displayed oncd i chose to watch it …. Nope !!!! Don’t know how that’s legal

I wanted to change my package which had shot up in price by 20% , it took almost 40 minutes on phone to be connected and then was abruptly disconnected. Why should any amendment to contract be so time consuming and only done by contacting them whereas you can upgrade your package online. SKY has an unfair practice.I have come out of all subscriptions they dont deserve any money from me

Excellent service from a sky representative called Dahren, knowledgeable polite and courteous he quickly resolved my issue thanks very much I can highly recommend sky in all aspects

kay burley is the worst type of commentator.....lacks integrity ...is biased.....and has obviously forgotten her own partygate........altho i believe boris has done much good..am dissapointed in recent events......how much is his young wife to blame for the debacle of his birthday do....?when kay burley becomes vitriolic ...switch her off

Customer service is non-existent. No-one appears to have any authority to resolve issues. No phone and barely any internet for over six weeks. Now Sky won't even let me through on the phone unless I pay for services I never received and phone calls I couldn't have made. Avoid like the plague !!!!

Sky proper traps you in a contact where they don’t even give you an option to terminate your contract even with the option of early termination fees.Sky says they can’t terminate given that peoples circumstances change’s, how am I supposed to pay my DD when I’m in financial difficulties. Very annoyed with Sky

Just had sky q fitted today its stopped working and can't get anyone out until next Wednesday If your thinking about getting it DONT IT NO GOOD AT ALL and I'm being polite JUST DONT BOTHER ITS SH1T ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

Been with sky 14yrs and just left. The customer service is non existent been on a chat now for 6 hours and still no nearer to speaking to someone! Staff are sarcastic and they really don't care! Please avoid this company like the plague!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Promised a credit on my bill for interrupted service and nothing was applied. A constant waste of time speaking to ‘advisers’ who are clueless in resolving any issues. Requested a call from a supervisor which doesn’t happen.

cannot re deliver my glass very poor customer service i think local kebab shop have way better customer service do not cancel my ultimate tv even if i don’t need it adviser just puts me on hold and then hangs up

i was told today at 13.30 i would get a call regarding listing to a call by 8pm NOTHING lied to once again. I've asked for a manager to call me to be told it would be 72 hours which is fine but not holding my breath. looks like sky are trying to avoid an issue. COME ON SKY DO YOUR DUTY AND CALL ME

I want to keep my Sky services and move them to another address. They won't answer the phone. 1 hour so far on hold. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with sky. I cancelled my contract at end of December with it finishing end of Jan. Sky proceeded to take payments out of my account for Feb and march. When I rang they said they acknowledged there error and would refund within 72hours, a week went by and no refund. Contacted again and said it won't be till April that I get the refund and I was misinformed. That same week whilst waiting for my refund I was contacted to say I needed to return the kit and if not done by 30th march I would be charged. Whilst chasing the refund I asked about the return of the equipment and that I had no packaging. They stated this would be with me on the 21st and I explained that I will be away and unable to return by the 30th and that If the packaging had been sent within a timely manner and not less than 9 days before being charged I would of returned it by now. They said if it's not returned then I will be charged on 1st April, I repeatedly explained this is not possible to which they said purchase your own packaging at my own expense. With sky already having my money and me needing to put food on the table this is not acceptable. I would not recommend sky to anyone. I would also recommend when leaving cancel your direct debit as there system doesn't not work correctly (as stated by sky agent).

I’m not going to waste my time explaining problems with sky as they seem to have so many , just read reviews and judge for yourself not sure how on earth they’re still in business
