“The Low Profile Fan & LED light was exactly what was needed in our 2nd bedroom. The operation is smooth and silent and the unit is engineered with precision components. I am planning a second identical unit for our 3rd bedroom. Additionally the post telephone support was appreciated and helped me through a slight uncertainty in installation.”

“Nice store. Have my request to hold the order until I get back from downtown. Very quick reply to confirm they received my request. After that, they sent out the package on the agreed date and I was reminded of it. ALL GOOD.”

“I purchased a fan nearly 2 years ago and, honestly, I was rather unhappy with it. The wi-fi card was unacceptable. After doing everything I could to improve the quality of the wifi for the fan, I finally called SMA - and the customer service representatives were awesome. I had a replacement card in days; I installed it and the fan has worked exactly as expected since then. ( I would prefer a brighter light - but I knew this would not be a "bright" light.)The fan works great w/ google home and I am completely satisfied with the fan and especially the customer service. Thanks team!”

“I bought this fan with a light for my sewing room and one for my guest room. I chose this fan because of the brightness and needed extra cooling. The second bedroom i just wanted to stay uniform and keep my look updated along with the wifi features that comes with this fan.”

“I've been pleased with the fans. I made a mistake and ordered one without a remote. The biggest complaint I have is the inability to control just the light with the light switch on the wall. The fans we replaced had a seperate fan control and light control on the wall. We really miss the ability to turn the light on/off when entry and exiting the room. I would be curious if microprocessor control could be used to allow a single on/off for the light then maybe a double on/off to control fan.”

“I had a great experience with this company. I love the fan and its price. I waited about 2.5 months after I got the fan till I installed it, but when I went to install the switch was not working. I contacted smartfan and they immediately sent me a replacement switch. Great company, fast service what more can you expect?”
