“My order was initiated on 06/07/2023. There are no customer friendly means of contacting the company and I could not trace the whereabouts of my order because Snatcher has none. You just hope Snatcher is not a Scam and you wait and pray to God that your order is delivered. After 6 days from initiating the order I still don't know what is happening with my order.”

I told them I wanted a refund upon which they requested my banking details and I have been given the run around ever since!!! No telephone number to contact them on "due to the nature of their business" and emails are just auto replies saying they will respond in 7 to 10 working days!!! These guys are scammers and thieves!”

They sent me a email saying they received my cash and I should put the item I bought in the basket and opt for BANK DEPOSIT,So they could link my order with money i paid.
Now they don't even answer emails.
