The 28 of September I order 2 items on Snatcher online. The 4th October I received this message: “ Good Day Firstly, we need to apologize for the delay in communication with you regarding your order. It has come to our attention that we are no longer able to get the For JBL Flip5 Bluetooth Speaker Shock Absorption Hard Bag Portable Storage Case” I did ask for a refund. They sent me another mail asking for Bank details in order to be able to refund me. We are at 26 October and after several mails I am still waiting to be refunded! This company is unreliable and a fraud

Purchased items on the 22 of Septmeber, today i checked the tracking compnay and shows parcel is still in China, no communication unless i asked.Wont be using this site ever again!!!!!!

Shocking service when it comes to refunds. They tell you it takes 7 working days to do refund but yet I am now on day 10 and still no refund. Really pathetic services. When you phone their number it tells you due to the nature on their business you can only contact them via email.

Its my first time ordering on Snatcher and the service is pathetic.I ordered on the 14th of Oct and the order still hasn't been processed. They don't provide any updates and you cant even contact them via phone call.I'm never ordering from them i don't even know when the order will be delivered.

I purchased a fridge from Snatcher, which took 2 weeks to deliver. Things purchased from Shein has a quicker delivery time. Anyway Snatcher is the only company that has no return courier. I don't mind paying for the courier to come home pick up my item and deliver it to Snatcher. Which I asked about delivery service for returns I was told they do not offer one. Totally frustrating experience....never again.

I made a order from Snatcher. Agter 10 days of silence I complained. They send me a package the next day with only two of the cheapest items(I order 6 items). On my order it shows complete. I am getting no reply from the company. They are a bunch of scammers!

I AM VERY UPSET ,I ORDERED LAST WEEK AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER I REGRET NOT READING THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE PAYING, NOW THEY ARE NOT CONTACTABLE ON THE PHONE ,THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS .IT FEELS LIKE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED !!!

The name "Snatcher" says it all!! Be very careful guys, your order will end up either no delivery, no refund and your money up in smoke! Scammers you cannot contact them by landline only by email with no response, I am telling you I am already blue in the face for passing on emails everyday with absolute no response.

Don't order from them! I ordered on the 13th of September and after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I emailed them only to find out one of the items had no stock, even though it was still listed on the website as having stock! They then said I'd receive a refund and send the other items. Another week went by and I asked again about my order and now another item I ordered is suddenly unavailable! My kid's birthday was over a week ago and she still hasn't received her presents as a result of Snatcher's incompetence!!

I've placed my order on the 21st September my ref number is 316195 till date I can't track my order no calls..this is so pathetic I regret buying at this shop...highly disappointed at you guys

My email to Snatcher this morning: How does this make ANY sense!?! The order I placed SECOND on 25 Sept (containing TWO items, one of which is identical to the SINGLE and ONLY item in my FIRST order - placed on 15 Sept) is scheduled for delivery TODAY. However, the order I placed first (on 15 Sept) is allegedly going to be delivered TOMORROW when it SHOULD have been delivered within 7 to 10 days after I placed the order, meaning that I should already have received it (by 29 Sept at the latest), in which case I would have been at my specified delivery address (my work address) to receive the order. However, my first order was last updated on the 29th of Sept and is due for delivery AFTER my SECOND order which is somehow, miraculously scheduled to be delivered TODAY. This is ridiculous. And now you want me to pay extra to change my delivery address on account of a delay at Snatcher when nobody informed me of any delay on my order, so I assumed that delivery WOULD take place on/before 29 September, according to Snatcher's own delivery policy. I had NO reason to suspect otherwise. How should I have known that I should inform Snatcher "prior to dispatch" of a change of address when I had no reason to suspect that such a change would be necessary. You cannot penalise me for your error/poor communication/delay. And it makes absolutely no sense why there should be a delay on my order. There cannot be an issue with stock or product availability, since the very same item/product is apparently available to be delivered to me TODAY with my SECOND order. How then can said product not be available for my FIRST order to be delivered? The exact same product features in BOTH of my orders!!!! This is just unreal!!! Your response time to emails is also terrible. Your service is appalling. It is no wonder that your reviews and ratings are so abysmal. I shall certainly be adding to those poor reviews and ratings immediately in an effort to save others from this type of deplorable service. Please advise of the exact date and delivery address when and where I can now expect to receive my first order. I expect to receive my second order at my home address TODAY (according to the email and sms updates that I received this morning). I look forward to your delayed response - which I shall not hold my breath waiting for. Furious.

They not care at all about customer complaints they are not bothered at all. I have not received my order over a month now it has been out for delivery for 10 days. When I ask they told me that I can come collect myself, but I have paid for delivery. I will never recommend this store to anyone.

I just bought some items today, I trust my delivery will be on time and the items purchased will be exactly what I'm expecting.. Some reviews are positive and others are negative, please work on your service so that we can keep on supporting online services..

I Bought a bag that cost me R800 the zip was faulty when I received it so I tried fixing it myself and did more damage to it NOW they refuse to pass me a credit so I can purchase another bag absolutely ridiculous !!! I will never purchase anything from them again

Paid for order. Received a mail that my product was no longer in stock. They said they will give me a refund. I have been waiting for more than a month and they are not replying to my emails anymore.
