This Company "Snatcher" the name in entity speaks for itself.
These guys are frauster and should be shut down for deceptive advertising.
I paid for my goods and shortly after canceled my order due to negative reviews. The product delivered versus what was advertised were in stark contrast (says the 2 clients that had purchased the goods).
They canceled my order and had committed to refunding me. Almost a month later no refund and no response after numerous emails.

“I ordered a 2.7liter kettle, received a 900ml kettle marked 1.8. Lies, i even tested it, it's not even 1ltr. anyways the mini kettle i received is a complete different thing from what was advertised, and ordered. i ordered something else and received something else. now the funny thing is when i contacted them to tell them, i was told i will have to ship it, and they will deduct 15% for handling fees, hay this company is a total scam. i mean they packed the wrong item purposely to make money from the returns. the poppihuis kettle is still here, i would've wasted more money sending it back, insted i opted to buy myself a kettle.”

One thing that I have learned is not to lend out your ears for negative information.
I bought a cell phone wallet at Snatchers. Read all the negative reviews afterwards and in my mind I have already judged them. Not read their notes carefully. Just get upset without give them time to explain and process my order.
I want to say to all the negative reviews against them. I feel sorry for you that were disappointed, but don't through your toys with negative commentary in the media. Rather reach out in a possitive way and help them to be a outstanding online company.

“The product supplied did not have the features advertised. When I complained, they made it as difficult as possible even though it was a simple instance of false advertising. Finally allowed me to return the product, after a month I am still waiting for my refund.
By the way, Snatcher does not have a phone service, email only.
Avoid this company completely, it's nothing but a scam.”

“I purchased a 24V Rechargeable Portable High-Pressure Spray Gun on 12 July 2023.
On first use, it turned out to be faulty. I took it back to Snatcher. They investigated, and said the device was faulty and they will refund me, they requested my Bank Details to process payment within 7 days. They didn't do so, therefore I sent them a reminder, they said they are sorry etc., they'll process payment. We now approaching the September, the second month since they promised to refund me and they haven't done so. They are no longer responding to my emails, but strangely they keep on sending me ads for "specials".
If you don't want to lose your money, stay away from Snatcher. They are turning out to be crooks/scammers/thieves”
