“I paid via eft but their site took money and never took me to the order confirmation page.
They sent me a email saying they received my cash and I should put the item I bought in the basket and opt for BANK DEPOSIT,So they could link my order with money i paid.
Now they don't even answer emails.
The service is just the poorest I've experienced EVER and ITS no exaggeration.

“Ordered a phone for my son's birthday gift. After delays in delivery, the parcel finally arrived. It was however disappointing that in less than a week, the phone kept freezing couldn't make calls, just stopped working. I sent an email to which I got a response, courier came to collect the phone to be inspected. Then a week later I was told that it is indeed defective, asked to provide my banking details which I did but ever since I've been getting the runaround. 3 weeks later still no refund and no effort from snatcher to explain the delay. THEY ARE REAL FRAUDSTERS!!!!!”
“Snatcher use to be one of my favourite Sites before the quality started dropping, which made me stop buying from them. A year later, after seeing Energy Saving Bulbs, I purchased 15 & 20W bulbs. Both went for 2 per pack but my 20W only had one (1) in the pack. I sent a mail the very hour I opened the parcel (8 June 23) and today (19 June), i have still not had any feedback - autoreply email says response can take between 7-10 working days. Thus, I am not happy with the AFTER SALES.”
