“I have been waiting for weeks for an order I placed towards the end of March. Extremely poor communication-supposedly awaiting stock items. If its not one thing it’s another. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund; no response since I did this. I have now started mailbombing their support desk.
I have used them before and had no hassles; not sure if they’re under new management or if they’re in the process of going under. Be careful.”

“They keep changing the delivery dates for an order. First says pre-order 10-15 days then says it is an imported product that takes 10 - 15 days once they receive confirmation from China. I'm now on 11 days after receiving confirmation from China and their tracking link gives a 404 page error. Bunch on scammers!!”

They take forever to reply to your mail and take forever to pick up the product. then you have to ask them on feedback as they won't come back to you. The worst service ever received.
