Well I got scammed & it doesn't look like I'm getting my refund evennthough I only spend less then R400 its still a lot of money for a poor guy like me.
How can these people even sleep at night”
“Never again will I order from them. Got a mobile blender that doesn't work. Shoe bag that is falling apart, looks like it was sewn with feet rather than hands. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because I liked the airfryer. They take forever to deliver. It was my first and last time.”
“Stay away!! Firstly they stated that they had the product available, but once I ordered, I got an email stating my order will be delayed. I only received my cellphone cover after 3 weeks! Secondly - their customer service is appalling. The cover is defective. It was an expensive cover for a Samsung Z4 Fold - but it catches onto the hinges of the phone, preventing the phone from opening properly. I sent a detailed explanation and a photo that showed the issue clearly . .the hinge cover buckles in the middle and catches onto the phone when you try to open it. However.. now I am told they also want a video!! This is just delay tactics and now all my e-mails are ignored. Please also note that their contact number on their site does not work. Don't spend your money here - rather stick to a reputable online company where there are proper after sales service.

They were provided a photo but insisted on a video - which I have sent now. I will keep updating this review with any progress. I am giving them a week - then I will file a complaint with the consumer council.”

PLEASE do not buy at Snatcher. They products they advertise online are misleading. I think the picture of the product they sale are taken from another store which is not Snatcher because the state of the product they deliver and what is shown online is two different products. I ordered an adjustable laptop desk online. The desk that was delivered was broken and full of cockroaches remains that were stuck on the packaging as well as the desk. The advertised desk was clean and new. This is false advertising and in the process of reporting it to OMBUDS. I do not understand why this store still exits. Its been two months and still l have not got my refund.”
“No tracking available. Order was done on 3rd Dec and after waiting 10 working days, it was still not delivered. The contact number and chat option on the website is not in service. You don't get responses to queries. Order just shows paid and processing. No peace of mind. Every other online store gives you a tracking number but don't expect one from snatcher. I eventually managed to get ahold of them through FB messenger to obtain a tracking number. Called Courier guy and was told that my parcel is with them and I need to wait another 4 days to receive it. That's 23 working days. I ordered from Shein on the 5th Dec and already received my package from China, yet snatcher cannot deliver from Jhb to Durban in the time promised on their site. They continue to bombard my email with promotions yet cannot even deliver what you order. Pathetic. Do not recommend this site. Stay away for your own sanity.”

“I ordered two solar/led items from snatcher 4 weeks ago, one attempt was made by courier to deliver with promises Sat 10 Dec, Sun 11 Dec and Mon 12 Dec. It's now 16th Dec and still no courier, items and snatcher promises to raise with their choosen courier dpd laser.”
“If there was a zero star, I would have used it! Ordered on the 25th November 2022. To date no delivery, there was delays and according to the delivery process they are to advise of this.
