“Do not buy from them. I have sent countless number of emails to their customer service, they sent me back one email and then didn't respond. Its been an entire week now. I receive a defective product. The weird thing is I bought two of the same items, the first one was perfectly fine, they second one had two defective parts which now I cant do anything until I get my replacement parts.”

There is a sales agent named Andile Mncube, who refuses to help me and is noncompliant in terms of the Customer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (see attached screenshot). Furthermore, on several occasions Andile promised that the manager will phone me - to date no one has phoned me. The item I ordered was delivered nearly two months later - the order was only processed after I queried. The packaging was damaged (see attached photographs). Their products are small to size. Products are of cheap quality. I still have no refund.”

The chairs I ordered was not the same as in the picture, I ended up spray painting the parts that was not the same color as the picture as I was not up to return the products. The delivery took longer than expected and could only imagine it being a dragging experience to return them. There are beter online shops to get the se products from.”

“I placed an order and needed assistance to add to it and sent numerous emails to this company only to be completely ignored, the phone number listed does not work, when I call I am being told it is either outside of their business hours and when you call during business hours you are told this number cannot accept incoming calls!!! What a load of bull. I asked to speak to the owner or the manager and was ignored yet again, I requested a refund and was ignored again. So they have taken my money and completely ignored my numerous requests for assistance”
“I order from them for my sons birthday. After 2+ weeks I heard nothing. I messaged them and they said they waiting on a item but it will be delivered within the next week. (Firstly it would've been nice if they could let me know themselves the item is out of stock). Okay a week later and they deliver my package. One of my items is missing. Yes again I message them and asks where is my item. They say oh sorry it is out of stock. I need to request a refund or store credit. So after 3 weeks of waiting they never let me know about this is item and if I didn't message them they would've kept my money too. (ps. the item is over R500) for me that is a lot of money. “I recommend you DO NOT buy form this retailer!
1. I had trouble paying with their online payment options which did not work and after eventually reaching a rude person through their online bot, was informed that I only had one option, EFT. At this point I was no longer interested to continue with the purchase, but made payment on the basis that the one item was something my 5year old son wanted and had saved up for.
2. Their delivery process state approx ten days and further that they will inform you in the event of a supply issue. I recieved a partial delivery, eight days after paying via EFT. The order was marked completed and delivered on their online store, and fortunately the item my son bought was delivered, but the other item was nowhere to be found in the poorly wrapped parcel. I should further mention that the item delivered was sold as new, but arrived unboxed and opened, not new.
3. You CAN NOT CALL them, can only reach them through the pop-up bot aka live chat on their online store, and I eventually communicated with a person, I think, whom informed me that there is no stock of the other item and that it will be shipped to me from China some time in the future.
4. I understand that delays and stock issues occur from time to time, but the lack of professionalism and communication is astounding. You are literally taking a risk by buying from Snatcher.co.za.
I will never risk buying from Snatcher.co.za again.”

“What a nightmare, I placed an order for a camcorder that is advertised on their site today still. Waited almost 3 weeks for delivery on to find out the camera is the size of a matchbox, yes a matchbox. I immediately started the returns process, Today after Three days of emails with the consultant Tashriek I am yet to get any feedback, sent the photos requested, and explained the reason for the return. I am now hoping this gets the attention and we can resolve this matter.”
“If I could, I would'nt even use ONE star at all!! Snatcher must be the worst online shop! They sent me a damaged chair and took 3 weeks to collect, and even went as far to collect at the incorrect address. They simply do not answer any queries once they've received their money you are just another "no matter" case to them. They EVENTUALLY agreed with a refund but doesn't want to refund my money into my bank account but into my Payflex account. I've purchased a few times from them but will honestly never again, as you cannot phone them anymore...I suppose to many complains to handle telephonically. When I mailed them they took over 2 weeks to reply. From then I have been told my refund will be processed. I have now taken legal action as they arent replying to my emails nor my attorneys, you cannot get through to their landline. My refund has still not been done.”

I ordered items from Snatcher Online on 16 August 2022. Paid by credit card on SnapScan, exactly R935. The payment went through my credit card, but nothing, nada, zero delivery. When I enquired, Snatcher said that the payment did not reflect on their side, despite my credit card being debited by Snapscan. I sent them proof of payment, but they demanded copies of my bank account (What for - they have a copy of my credit card statement?), and they are ignoring repeated demands for a refund.
This is the second time that I've had this experience with them. STAY AWAY!!!! I am posting my experience on Facebook and Instagram as well. They advertise one thing, and something else arrives or not at all, and then one has to jump through hoops to get your money back. I am still not having any joy or refund. That is fraud. #SnatcherOnline @Snatcheronline”
