Customer service is not on their radar. What a terrible experience. I wanted to change one thing, before it even left there store, they said they cant because it was dispatched, the email I received was that they waiting for collection, not that it was collected. I can wait for the delivery... then return it at my own cost, just because no one wanted to actually walk to my box and take out 1 item. Really?????”

“I placed an order and when I received the items, not only were the products a very old version the boxes were so torn that it was an embarrassment to send to anyone. I logged a request for return and was told there would be a 15% handing fee as there was nothing wrong with the product. I argued this point and was told the refund would take place. The items to be returned were collected on 3 June and I am still waiting for the refund.
I will never use Snatcher again. The experience has been unprofessional from start to finish”
“New to Snatcher and wasn't sure of its process after ordering. Order placed on the 23rd May and status hadn't changed by the time I sent my first email 3/6/2022. Response received from them 26/5/2022. 6/6/2022 I was emailed to advise that the received only 1 of the items and still awaiting my LED lamps. 6 min later I get an email they are no longer able to get x1 lamp and they would like to offer me a voucher. I sent them an email on the 7th June 9am I. How the credit process works as I am unable to find the refund process or credit as per the email. Then on the 11th June after I had sent an urgent request for a call to be made to me, I receive an email 9/6/2022 @7:34am requesting my banking details for a refund. 11/6/2022 @11:05 am I then received an email stating my details have been sent to the accounts department and refunds take 7-10 TAT. I has specifically stated that u require the refund urgently so I can source services from a different provider. Horrible service and yet verbal reviews I received were WOW.!”
“I ordered a specific compressor that was on their site, because I could get reviews on the product. They then sent me a different one that cost almost half the price. I sent photos etc to show the differences between what I paid for and what I got. They email back and say it is the same product it is correct. Now I don't even get a reply on the email and no way to call them.”

“My order was placed, paid and confirmed on 26 April 2022, the status says Paid and order in progress, however this was last updated on the same day of i.e. 26 April. Unfortunately, I also read the reviews after ordering. After reading the reviews I panicked, tried to call to find out progress on my order, and to my disappointment they do not take calls anymore. I've sent my enquiry on progress three times through their contact system and unfortunately I still did not receive feedback from them. I am now just hoping and praying that I eventually receive my order as I don't have channel anymore to contact them to find out what is happening with my order. Like I said I am just hoping and praying I receive my order. Maybe I am just panicking because the system in not being updated and I don't receive any feedback or even an acknowledgement of receipt of my communique.”
“Service is pathetic. I am not happy with all the products. The headboard does not have assembling equipment and instruction. Just Headboard and legs 🥺😩. The other products were very small and of inferior quality. I will never recommend Snatcher to anyone. I complained to the sales rep but was not assisted. Customer service is bad.”

The image advertised did not match the product description. All colours of the shoe shelf are announced with the same picture. I placed my order based on what was advertised, only to find that the picture did not match the description. Instead of admitting that the image did not match the description, all they do is blame me. The seller's responsibility is to ensure that their listing is correct, not the buyer's. When I pointed out this fault to them, they ignored that there were errors on their website. Therefore, if you are shopping on their website, you must visit other merchants to see what the product looks like.
They are not in the business of building customer loyalty. The worst online shopping experience to date.”
“I regret buying from them. I bought 3pc luggage set and when it was deliver only 1pc was in the box and it was the smallest suitcase. I then informed them immediately and they have been throwing me from pillar to post, even asked me if the bigger suitcases are not inside the small suitcase... how on earth? They investigated and then informed that it was a packaging error on their side they did pack all if them at once and they will not be able to delivery on within 3 days. I even offered to collect the other 2 pcs myself from their warehouse and NOP. I have since returned the goods for a full cash refund and I will not give up without a fight. I am still waiting.”
