I bought 2 items that were advertised as google chromecast by using actual google Chromecast images. The "Chromecast" I received was a poor quality phone mirroring device and NOT a Chromecast! And I know because I already had a Chromecast previously and know exactly how it should work.
Upon trying to return the items, I am just told that I cannot return to be refunded as I received the correct products that I ordered.
I will never use Snatcher again!
Rather pay the little bit more to use Takealot who has never given me problems.”

“Do not ever buy from this company! I bought a lot of gifts from Snatcher for a charity Christmas event. They only delivered a portion of the order of which some of the delivered items were faulty. I am struggling for more than a month now to get the credit for the items they did not deliver. They also do not honor their commitment to collect the faulty items so I can get credit for those as well. Snatcher keep making promises and delivers nothing. They also hide behind the fact that you cannot phone them. Try the number on their website ... it just gives you a message that "due to the nature of their business they do not take calls!". I am a frequent online shopper for many years and never experienced disgusting service and dishonesty like this.”
“I ordered containers to separate my shoes, however, when I received the product it was completely different than was marketed. I informed Snatcher (spoke to Faraaz) and Faraaz informed me that the product is marketed slightly differently than the actual product. I informed him that is unacceptable as it is deceiving and unlawful. He agreed that he will refund me for the product as well as for my shipping costs as I would have to ship it back at my own costs. After their offices received the product they informed me that they will only refund me for the amount paid for the product. I have reported Snatcher to the Consumer Ombudsman.”

They refused any responsibility and would only accept it back as "unwanted" - incurring the 15% restocking fee and the cost of the return courier. Cheaper to just throw it away and never deal with them again.”
