“I ordered an item on 13 September, recieved and confirmation e-mail, the status on my account stays the same though "Payment received order being processed" this was on 13 September no movement on the order, when i phoned them I was now told 21 days, very bad service and a complete lack of communication. They used to be good, but something happened and I can no longer recommend them, very bad service.”
“Ordered and paid for an item on the 15th August 2021. Delivery estimate between 7-10 days. No communication since the order confirmation received. I had to follow up multiple times to find out that they don't have the item in stock (more than 10 days after payment was made). I opted for the EFT refund instead of credit, and was told that this should be processed between 7-9 days. Again, no communication forthcoming from the company. More than 10 days after being told that the refund is being processed! Stay away. I'll need to escalate this to retrieve my money that they've had in their bank accounts for the last 28 days already.”

“Bought and paid for my order on 23 August, received notification that my order had been cancelled, but thereafter received an email informing me that it is in fact still being processed and not cancelled. Trying to log into my account on Snatcher was a nightmare, no password reset link sent so could not view order history. Days after sending an email to them I received a default password and logging in, just realized order is cancelled. No mention of refund at all and no reply. Calling them leaves one waiting for more than 30 minutes without any movement on the call queue. Obviously won't order from them again!”

I still wait after 2 and half weeks for my correct and working items. Send emails and no answer or maybe after a week. It will be delivered next week. I will never order from them. “I placed 2 orders on the same day with Snatcher. Only one order was delivered. the 2nd order showed 'fulfilled' I had to follow up until something happened. You sit with a sick feeling in your stomach not knowing if you will ever see the order! The response I got on my first query was 'your order is in transit'. Where to? and when will it arrive!! That is what I wanted to know! The delivery arrived yesterday, but I never managed to get it into the house as the driver left before I could get to the front door!! He was at the door for about 40 seconds!! And where Snatcher says Fast n Furious do your delivery, they don't. It is some unprofessional person in his personal car. Which I don't have a problem with but he needs to be professional!! Today my order arrived! I broke out in dance!! Well that was a horrid experience and I will not use this online service again as they are below the mark!”
