“Snatcher are the WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!
They have advertised shirts which on their website just to find out after paying over a R1000 that didn't have the sizes I have ordered.
Payment was made on the 8th of February 2021. By the 15th no parcel received. After many mails and phonecalls, they responded that they didn't have the items I purchased. After more than 14 mails a false promise was made that my money will be refunded into my account. That was promised on the 26 of February 2021. Today is the 1st of March 2021 and still no refund. Bhohale which is apparently the customs service representative just keep sending mails stating that "your bank details have been send to our accounting department" who is WHO EVER NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!
NEVER EVER WILL I EVEN THINK OF PURCHASING FROM SNATCHERS WHO JUST STEAL MONEY FROM THE PUBLIC WHO WORK HARD AND TRUSTED SNATCHERS. THIEFS THIEFS THIEFS

“Worst service ever! I would not recommend them to anybody. I've ordered a hover board from them for my son's bday. They delivered the incorrect item and it was faulty. Now they want to repair the board despite the fact that it is not what I've ordered. According to Andile from Snatcher, the public is not supposed to rely on the pictures, prices and specifications published on their website as that is the responsibility of the suppliers to ensure that such info is correct. They are misleading the public. She further indicated to me that it was my responsibility to not rely on the specifications listed but that I was supposed to do my own research!! This is in huge contravention of sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act. They hardly respond to e-mails and you struggle for hours to get hold of someone telephonically. I still wait for Andile's manager to call me back. I need my money back in order for me to buy my son another present. I don't want it to be repaired as I did not break it - I have received it faulty. I will escalate this matter. My no is 082 775 9719, but I know by now that nobody will call me back. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS - THEY ARE DEFINATELY NOT TAKEALOT OR ONEDAYONLY!!!!”
“I made a very big and expensive order pre-Christmas. I got the email from PayFast to say that the money had gone through -- but not a word of acknowledgement from Snatcher to say that my order or payment had been received. This is very poor form for an on-line company! So now we are at the end of December and I have repeatedly tried to get hold of them but to no avail ... they don't answer their phone - just put me onto music-hold and then cut that off after a few minutes! How do I get hold of you Snatcher to fine out about my order??? Please contact me asap. MY order # is 15682996994207. If I don't hear from you soon, I will take you to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman.”

“Terrible customer service. Worst ever!!!! They lie about the product and give you excuses. The agent in call centre was actually arguing with me. No ordered ventilation masks x 2 set of 2. It's 10 days now and I didn't receive it yet I called over 10 times and they said it's in processing....wtf!! Il never use them again.”

“This is the worst online store I’ve ever used. One month after paying for my order and I’m still battling to get it “released from their warehouse”!!! Every week I get told “it’s leaving today” or “we haven’t received your payment”. Always some excuse after the next. Customer service is shocking and there is no one in a higher position to speak to.

“I have received my order in about 2 weeks time, but the wax rollers I ordered melted on the outside where you are suppose to hold it and to make matters worse I burned my hand on the product.
The worst part is that I have been struggling to get snatcher to arrange pickup for the product. They promise pickup will be tomorrow and then no one shows. They waste your time and money and they do not care. Send numerous emails and phoned about 10 times and still all I have to show for it is a burned hand, wasted time, money and airtime.
Will not recommend or use Snatcher ever again.”

“I have been trying for 3 days to get hold of them. I last spoken to a consultant on June 3 for my waybill number, which then came 2 days later on a Friday. The Monday my package was delivered.
I order 4 items, one is a desk unit and it's not in the bag. The bags bag states 22.8kg, the desk is nearly 12kg, paid about R900. How do you miss that?
I just want my item. It's lockdown and it'll help with my kid to have a better study place.”
